    • Stopped smoking using socialites. I use both cartomisers and tanks now and would never go back. This looks an amazing piece of kit :-)

  1. I am 54 and have been smoking all my life like a lot of people. Giving it up is always easier said than done. You say you want to and sometimes you pack it in, the problem is it is all down to will power with the majority of NHS aids available. It is all to easy to re evaluate that decision you made to quit, or indeed put it off for another week or until you find an excuse to do it once and for all. My situation was a little different, whilst night fishing a couple of weeks back on a fairly remote spot I suffered a heart attack. To cut a long story short that decision to quit was made for me not only by the shock factor but by the words of the surgeon who did the operation, “Right Rich we have done what we can do for you time for you to pack in the smoking ” I will be the first to admit that it is the first time I sat up and took notice from anyone advising me not to do something. I also realised that of late I have been enjoying fishing with my son on a regular basis, coming out of hospital made me think that I may not have the opportunity to do that anymore if I ignore their advice. Having an attack naturally makes you feel anxious about things after, including your diet etc. Strangely I never craved for wanting a smoke, but like a lot of people I imagine, I missed the hit at the back of the throat, and the long time habit of holding a cigarette. After a couple of weeks out of hospital I purchased my first E-Cig, certainly nothing like the first ones that ever came out, and what a choice of flavours there are nowadays. It did not take long before I am asking all sorts of questions on upograding and Mods :-) I like things with LED lights on, after all I am a bloke. This iTaste 3.0 looks just the thing to have and I for one would certainly love to win it.

  2. I smoked for well over 50 years but packed it in 2 years ago. I never thought I’d be able to go from +60 a day to zero so easily. A bit late as my lungs are kernackered but even so the racking cough and raucous breathing have totally disappeared. An inspiration for anyone to take the vaping route.

  3. Smokers also seem to find that once they buy e-cigarette kits for the first time, they’re pretty much set with everything they’ll need to continue being an electronic cigarettes smoker.

  4. I’m not sure how many I do smoke, as I smoke roll ups. I really need to quit. I have a heart condition, so I know its no good for me. I’ve lost the weight, now time to lose the fags!

  5. was on 40-60 a day at one point!! (smoked for over 25 years) e-cigs are the only thing that have worked! xx not smoked a ciggarette for 4 months :)

  6. i would love too quit smoking i must smoke about 30 a day , would love too to try this product thanks fabby giveaway :)

  7. I had smoked 20 a day for years, then towards the end was a chain smoker, I tried the e-cigs over 12 months ago and have never gone back to smoking real cigarettes, the e-cig satisfies me.

  8. I used to smoke upto 30 a day…i bought an ego 650 with a spare ce5 and 4 bottles of juice and within 3 days had stopped the stinks..been vaping for 6 months
