The Pilot Vape M57 Mech Mod has just started popping up in some online stores.

m57 in greenHowever I cannot find who makes this at all and the only Pilot Vape website there is are makers of coils and building equipment. There is an empty section on their website for mods.

let’s start with the obvious – it is styled on an M57 “Claymore Clacker” which is a remote hand held firing trigger device.

The Clacker is on the bottom left of the image below and this mod does look pretty close design wise.

Bizarrely the Pilot Vape M57 Mech Mod has some text stamped deeply and obviously in the bottom saying “Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner”.

Upon googlering this the phrase is part of the game which is displayed upon winning.

The mod body is 3D printed from ABS Plastic.

You will need 2×18650 batteries to power this and with it being a mechanical mod make sure to be clued up in Battery Safety and Ohms Law to keep you safe.

There are 3 colours to choose from – Black, Green and Red.

The styling of this is very much in the same vein as the Innokin Cool Fire 2 – which wasn’t a huge success and caused some controversy.

I am undecided about this – it does look the part and looks to be very sturdy. However I wouldn’t want to be taking this through customs!

Is the Pilot Vape M57 Mech Mod one for you to add to your collection?
