The Tesla UFO RTA seems to be available for Pre-order in a lot of places!

tesla UFO front viewsDespite being widely listed at online retailers – I cannot find this at all through any of the Tesla Official channels!

Not on their website, social media and not even anything other than photos on YouTube – which is pretty staggering isn’t it!

Nevertheless I will try to tell you what I know – but there is a mystery lurking. I suppose that’s why it is called the UFO eh!

The Tesla UFO RTA is a 25mm diameter RTA with a 3ml capacity.

That all sounds pretty normal and simple doesn’t it.

Here’s the issue, the deck.

It has a flower on it.

I have no idea why, or how you even put a coil onto it. Look at the photos below if you think I am being a berk.

tesla UFO deckReally how do you attach a coil?

I have trawled the internet and gone through the search engines and only found articles about Nikola Tesla, Electric cars and strange things in the sky, but nothing about the build deck.
Tesla UFO partsWhat I do know is you have adjustable airflow at the top and bottom of this. Plus it has a nice skull and cross design.

You can choose from the Black or Silver finish.

I do like the amount of kit you get with this – and the price is looking excellent.

The UFO certainly is mysterious.

Am I being an idiot scratching my head at that build deck?

I can’t see any posts, screws, clamps or anything – just a UFO Umbrella thingy sticking up?

Sorry I have left you with more questions than answers. If you know what the crack is with this let me know in the comments below please!

  1. You need to build coils by wrapping towards you. And pit legs at right angles. The coil fits into hole on bottom screws are inside the juice flow holes. And the other should sit on top (with flower removed) on opposite side to the screw hole used. Repeat for the same side. Then trim legs and screw flower back on. Wick juice up. Assemble. Juice fill. And make sure you open the juice flow holes by turning body of tank.
