Today we are looking at the Wotofo Nudge 22mm RDA – Another collaboration between Suck My Mod and Wotofo.
It has a deck design similar to the Serpent SMM RTA released towards the end of last year as well as a hollow centre pin for all you squonk fans out there.
The Nudge 22mm RDA comes with two different top caps which are domed for an amazing flavour experience as well as an 810 resin drip tip for insulation against the heat. It also has a hollow centre pin for all you squonk fans out there.

The Nudge 22mm RDA is available in six different finishes which are Gun Metal, Stainless Steel, Green, Red, Blue and Black, but today I will be looking at the green Version. Build Quality & Design
We’ll start from the top and make our way down the RDA…
The Drip Tip:
The drip tip is 810 sized and made from resin. I really like the pattern on this! It’s also nicely shaped and doesn’t feel uncomfortable in the mouth.
If you do wish, you can use the 510 drip tip adapter that is included in the box to use your own 510 sized drip tip, but I prefer not to.
The Top Cap:
Below the drip tip, we have the top cap. There are two versions included with the Nudge 22mm RDA. They are more or less identical, but one has a more restricted airflow than the other.
It has the Nudge Logo and Suck My Mod Logo engraved into opposite sides of it, as well as two large airflow holes. Above that, the barrel is slightly concaved for ease of removal from the deck.
On the inside of the top cap, it is extremely clean and tidy. No rough edges or sharp bits. It is also conical in shape, which is great for producing extremely good flavour! And it definitely does!
The Build Deck & Base:
The deck of the Nudge 22mm is different to the 24mm version. This one is quite similar to the Serpent SMM RTA released last year. A dual post deck with the airflow holes cut into the sides. The positive side of the deck has a peek insulator in between the post and the top cap to prevent any shorts.
As with most Wotofo products, the RDA deck is extremely tidy indeed! No complaints with the deck on this one!
Overall, the deck is extremely well made, the coils provided fit extremely well in there, you could even challenge yourself to put a dual vertical build on there if you wish!
On the base, we have the usual Wotofo and SMM markings, as well as a removable 510 pin so you can add a hollow pin to allow the RDA to be used with squonking devices.
How Does the Wotofo Nudge 22mm RDA Perform?
On this RDA, I have been using the included Fused Clapton coils, which come out to roughly 0.27Ω on the Coil Master 521 Mini Tab.
Ease Of Build On The Nudge 22mm RDA
If I could put this into two words, I would say “Extremely Easy” but that wouldn’t make a good review, would it? So lets go through a step-by-step guide to building on the Wotofo Nudge 22mm RDA
Firstly determine the orientation of your coil and unscrew 2 of the 4 post screws…
Insert your coils at an angle with the winds facing upwards, then hold the leg into the notches and clamp them down.
After this, make sure that your coil is centralised and not fouling on anything it shouldn’t be and then cut off the legs absolutely flush with the posts.
Next up, pinch and pulse until the coils are glowing nice and evenly from the inside out. Let the coils cool for a minute or two before adding any wick, as you may end up burning your wick or your fingers.
Grab whatever wick you wish to use, I am using Kendo Cotton Original, and then twist it up and insert it through the coils. I have found that trimming on outside of the deck is the best length to get to the bottom of the juice well, but if needs be, you can judge for yourself.
Then tuck it into the deck and get your chosen e-liquid onto that wick!
Flavour & Clouds
The flavour… WOW, JUST WOW! I’m loving the flavour on the Wotofo Nudge 22mm RDA! I would say that it is better with the restricted airflow top cap, but whatever top cap you choose to use, I’m pretty certain that you’ll be happy with the flavour coming off the RDA!
As for clouds. They’re pretty good! As with the 24mm version of the RDA, I wouldn’t go calling this a cloud chasing RDA, but it definitely produces some dense clouds!
