Recently Eleaf released the iStick Rim Kit but already there is an update in the wings, this time it is the Eleaf iStick Rim C kit…
What Is New For The Eleaf iStick Rim C Kit?
The Eleaf iStick Rim C kit as mentioned above is an update to the existing kit but this time using a removable battery for power.
The original kit included an internal 3000mAh battery but for the “C” version the mod uses a single 18650 battery. As usual the battery is not included in the kit.
Like the original the maximum output is 80W and you have a variable wattage user mode to tailor the vape to your preference.
There is a 0.69in screen to view all the user data.
The full kit includes the Melo 5 sub ohm tank which is unchanged from the original.
The Melo 5 tank uses the existing range of EC coil heads and two are included in the kit:
- EC-S 0.6ohm mesh coil SS316L
- EC-M 0.15ohm mesh coil
Apparently you can remove the coil even with a full tank as there is a locking system which closes the flow of e-liquid when the coil is removed.
The tank has a locking top fill cap and the airflow is adjustable via the bottom control ring.
There are 6 colours to choose from – Gradient Red, White, Gradient Blue, Obsidan Blue, Rainbow and Matte Black.
