The Battlestar Mini 80W by Smoant Previewed

The Smoant Battlestar Mini 80W is another Battlestar update – there is also the Battlestar Nano coming soon too!

We reviewed the original Battlestar earlier this year and it proved to be a great performer – so fingers crossed the Battlestar Mini is as good!

The Battlestar Mini as the name suggests is a small mod which uses a single 18650 battery which is not supplied. In Variable wattage mode the maximum output is 80W.

Despite its weeny proportions this does boast a 0.96 inch OLED display which I have to say does look great in the marketing images.

The rear cover is held in place with magnets which worked well on the original Battlestar.

You can choose from two colours – Black and Yellow.

smoant battlestar mini 80W specsFor the pre-order prices I am seeing online this could be a great buy!

This isn’t the most powerful or most flashy mod out there, but for a good starter/intermediate mod this would do the trick.

It is small, needs only 1 battery and for a lot of tanks you would be hard pushed to need to go above 80W unless you were an advanced vaper.

I would like to see a nice Pink, Purple or Stainless steel one! Go on Smoant – spoil us!

My name is Michelle - I am 44 and an engineer and Technical Author by trade. I started vaping many years ago in the days of Tornado tanks, Ego batteries and Variable Voltage. My journey in vaping began again a few years ago and have started to move up in the shiny shiny gadget department and love vaping! I have finally stopped smoking as of June 2019 and that is all thanks to vaping! 20mg Nicotine Salts are my hero! Oh and I am partial to a nice pod mod!
