The QF Solo Kit By Vaporesso Previewed
This is a vape pen style to look at however the tank is not replaceable so it is really an AIO.
The big marketing point that Vaporesso are emphasising with this kit is the “Quadflow Air Distribution System”.
Basically this means there are 4 airflow inlets on the coil head from what I can make out. The airflow comes in the top of the battery through two slots – which appear to not be adjustable. The specs on this kit are a bit sparse!
This “Quadflow” stuff is said to guarantee to eliminate spitback, keep cold drafts out and minimize leakage.
Included in the kit are the QF meshed and Strip coil heads. The coils are also compatible with the SKRR tanks. You can also use the GT coils in this tank too.
The tank part is refillable and the standard tank holds a whopping 8ml of liquid. However in the EU due to the TPD regulations you get a 2ml tank capacity. Depending on the tank capacity the mod diameter varies too – 30mm diameter mod for the 8ml version and a 25mm diameter mod for the 2ml version.
The battery is built into the mod part of the device and has 3000mAh capacity – which is pretty good for a small pen device. The maximum output is apparently 90W but I would imagine that is with a fully charged battery.
Controlling the device is the Omni Board Mini chipset – a smaller version of the chipset used on some of the adjustable Vaporesso mods. The chip offers plenty of protections including Burn, Overtime, Overcharge, No Load, Low Resistance, Short Circuit and Low power.
There are 4 colours to choose from – Black, Blue, Silver and Rainbow.
