Van Dyke Vapes: Buttered Nips
This is the first review of Van Dykes Vapes juices and after reviewing a lot of good things I couldn’t wait to get my hands on some!
The first bottle I was drawn to happened to be Buttered Nips. Not something I have tasted before but looking forward to it all the same!
For this review I purchased the 50/50 PG/VG mix.
Van Dyke Vapes Say: “A vibrant, sweet butterscotch with a cooling after effect that nips at your tongue, with a hint of grape for the twist. Scrumptious.“
Filling the tank I can immediately smell the sweet butterscotch but it comes with an added cooling feeling that you’d normally get from a menthol vape.
Interesting. On vaping this juice actually took me a little by surprise. I was, I suppose, expecting a sickly sweet butterscotch but this is far from that for me.
The butterscotch is the prominent flavour on the inhale along with a cool menthol that balances really well to prevent it being too sweet.
The exhale then adds the grape flavour leaving a nice cooling buttery grape in the mouth. My description doesn’t sound that nice does it!
But wow, this really is a clever flavour that is different but at the same time excellent. Not quite sure where Van Dyke Vapes got the idea for this but it works perfectly.
For me I had no problem tooting this all day and would definitely buy again.
With a 50/50 PG/VG mix vapour volume was very good when combined with the Atlantis 2. They also produce a max VG version as well.
The throat hit is more of the cooling menthol hit but good for me personally.
Van Dykes Vapes source their ingredients from well known suppliers and have tested their e-liquids independently for Diacetyl and Acetyl propionyl, of which they all found to contain none. For me this is now becoming extremely important for all e-liquid brands selling to the general public.
A great start from Vand Dyke Vapes, Buttered Nips not only has a great name but also the flavour to match. If you want a nice sweet menthol vape then give this recommended.
