As always, all views are my own…
Flavours
Solobar’s full range consists of 15 carefully crafted flavours, and these are-
- Mr Lemmy Blue
- Sakura Grape
- Spearmint
- Fresh Mint
- Blue Razz Lemonade
- Watermelon Ice
- Mr. Blue
- Strawberry Kiwi
- Blueberry Raspberry
- Pineapple Ice
- Cherry Ice
- Lemon Lime Candy
- Kiwi Cola
- Juicy Peach
- Mango Passion Fruit
That’s quite the tasty line up! Solobar kindly sent over six of these to try out and are really focusing on the ethos ‘Crafted for sweetness, Perfectly balanced’.
There weren’t any flavour descriptions available directly from the manufacturer’s website, so here are my thoughts…
Lemon Lime Candy

However, rather than it being a cloying, sickly-sweet blend of lemon and lime candy, Solobar have crafted this one really well with an almost perfect balance between the two flavours.
Lemon is the most dominant flavour here, which is something I prefer as lime can occasionally be a bit overpowering if the blend is slightly off, and it has the taste of a lemon sherbet candy.
Lime comes after the initial wave of lemon, giving this vape even more tang and sharpness to it, segueing in pretty much perfectly.
It’s a well crafted and balanced blend of lemon and lime that can easily make for a summery all day vape!
Mr Lemmy Blue

Though I couldn’t imagine that this would be a flavour combination of Marlboro Reds and whisky in tribute to the great man himself…
No, instead what we have here is a well balanced blend of blue raspberry and sweet citrus lemon!
There’s a sweet tang from the blue raspberry on the inhale, with a biting citrus lemon that really cuts through the sweetness level and gives the blend a sweet and sharp finish.
It differs from the Blue Razz Lemonade in that the lemon is less of a lemonade-styled version. The lemon is more pronounced and much more like the actual fruit, and of course there is no fizz present too!
Kiwi Cola

It’s an ambitious one too, as it seems like if the blending was off here, you would end up with a pretty unpalatable blend…
Thankfully, Solobar have absolutely nailed this one, and it was my favourite out of the six that they sent me- one that I will definitely be re-ordering for sure!
I get a delicious sweet cola that is drenched in a sugary undertone, with a lovely kiwi that comes in at the finish to give it a tropical vibe.
There’s a perfect level of sweetness to this blend, and some fizz to it too which lends authenticity to the cola flavouring.
Kiwi and Cola sound like they won’t mix together well but trust me here- they really do!
Blue Razz Lemonade

Firstly, the blue raspberry flavouring is a bit more subdued here, and I felt that the citrusy lemonade flavouring was quite strong and robust, making it the more dominant flavour over the blue raspberry.
That being said, I quite enjoyed a more subtle blue raspberry being more of an undertone to a stronger lemonade flavouring, it just seems to work really well for me.
It’s an even sweeter blend than the Mr Lemmy Blue flavour, and if you are a fizzy vape fan then you will want to opt for this one as there’s definitely some fizziness to it!
Spearmint

Solobar have got the balance just right here, with a flavour accuracy that is absolutely brilliant. It perfectly captures the essence of a fresh, green mint leaf rather than an artificial chemical mix.
It’s followed up with a very refreshing menthol chill, but not one that is so chilly that it gives you a horrible feeling at the back of your throat, rather it is more of a pleasant breeze akin to a spearmint sweet.
The throat hit is also exceptionally smooth, providing a deeply satisfying coolness that feels clean and easy on the throat, even at higher wattages!
Watermelon Ice

Solobar’s iteration is a competent, straightforward take on the classic combination that delivers exactly what you expect, though it doesn’t do much to stand out from the crowded market.
If you are looking for an authentic, freshly sliced watermelon taste, this might not be the liquid for you. The flavour profile leans heavily into the realm of candy, similar to many others on the market.
I was pleased that the icy element takes centre stage here, cutting through some of the candied taste from the watermelon flavouring.
It provides a sharp, prominent blast of cooling agent that washes over the palate and lingers long after the vapour is gone, especially at higher wattages, giving my palate a bit of a fresh feel!
Final Review Verdict
If you are looking to replicate the intense, punchy flavour of a disposable vape in a much more cost-effective and eco-friendly format, the Solobar E-Liquid range is an absolute triumph!
Offering a phenomenally smooth throat hit and a fantastic variety of vibrant profiles—from zesty fruits to refreshing ice blends—these bar-salt styled e-liquids perform flawlessly in any refillable pod system.
Solobar’s e-liquids are crafted to deliver a vibrantly concentrated flavour profile that perfectly mimics the intensity the flavour blends that were present in a single-use disposable device.
For vapers navigating the recent UK ban on disposables, or switching from prefilled pod systems, this range serves as an ideal, familiar stepping stone into reusable setups without having to sacrifice that punchy taste they are used to.
Beyond the initial sweetness, the mixology itself is incredibly precise. The flavour notes are remarkably authentic, hitting all the right marks right out of the bottle.
Despite being unapologetically bold, the blend is masterfully balanced, providing a heavy, satisfying flavour impact that miraculously never becomes exhausting or overly cloying, even during all-day vaping.
The six that I got to try out delivered consistent, premium flavour from the first drop to the last, making them a highly recommended everyday staple for anyone craving that bold, bar-style taste!
Solobar officially launched these e-liquids on the 1st April, have you managed to try these out yet? Let us know in the comments section below!
