The Vandy Vape Trident kit is a new waterproof, shockproof and dustproof vape pen style kit.
The kit consists of the Trident Mod and the Trident Sub Ohm tank.
Starting off with the Trident mod – this uses a single 18650 battery – which is not included and will output (allegedly) up to 100W.
The power output however is not adjustable – so I would think you would need to only use this with the supplied tank.
Also the power output is a “Bypass” style – this basically means there is hardly any power regulation like with a Mechanical Mod. So when the battery is fully charged the power will be higher than when the battery level is low.
But you do get plenty of safety protections including short circuit, 10 second fire cut off etc. Plus you get a battery level indicator light too.
Included in the kit is the Trident sub ohm tank.
This uses the included Mesh 80 coil head which is 0.15ohm resistance and is best between 50-90W.
You can adjust the airflow to your preference and the tank has a top fill screw off cap.
There are 4 colours to choose from – Black, Green, Yellow and Grey.
