Design & Build Quality
With dimensions of 90mm x 48mm x 23.5mm, I’ve found the Exeek EK MOMO to be a palm-sized and pocket friendly kit, with a surprisingly lightweight feel to it, making it easy to slip into my pocket to carry out and about with me.
Five different colours are available for the EK MOMO device itself, with Palmers Red, Purple, Green, Gold and Black to choose from.
As the pods and devices can both be purchased separately, these kits can be reused as once you have used up a pod you can simply connect a new one to the device.
One of the standout features on the device is the starlight-styled screen, which is hard to miss as it lights up each time you take a puff on the device! This is bright and clear, and shows the power setting as well as remaining battery life at a glance.
Underneath the screen is a single button, which is used to operate the device.
The pods themselves are easy to set up, and connect magnetically to the side of the EK MOMO device with a satisfying click.
The pod chamber itself is fully transparent, allowing you to see exactly how much e-liquid is left in them. Also, the flavour is printed on the side of the pod too.
Quick Start Guide
Setting up the pod takes some very easy and simple steps.
You need to pull out the mouthpiece from the pod container, insert the 10ml refill container, push the mouthpiece back in until you hear a click, remove the silicone plug and bottom sticker from the pod and then magnetically connect the pod to the side of the EK MOMO device.

And vaping is as easy as taking a draw on the mouthpiece thanks to the auto draw system.
Device operations are controlled via the single button on the front of the EK MOMO device-
- Press and hold the button for three seconds to turn the device on and off
- Press the button twice within three seconds to adjust the wattage from 12-30W
- Press the button four times within three seconds to lock or unlock the button
Charging
Charging is via the Type-C port found on the base of the EK MOMO device, and whilst the device is charging you can track progress in real time on the screen.
The device actually charges at a rate of 5V/2A, so I didn’t have to wait long for my EK MOMO to charge back up!
Flavours
10 different flavours are available at launch, and thanks to the design of the EK MOMO you can switch these in and out easily as you please!
Exeek kindly sent all 10 flavours over to review, and here are my thoughts on them…
Blueberry Razz
Exeek’s Blueberry Razz blend kicks off with a thick, jammy blueberry perfectly intertwined with a punchy raspberry. Neither fruit steals the spotlight; they are experienced in perfect harmony from start to finish.
On the exhale, a smooth, adjustable icy breeze rolls in to cool things down. While it certainly delivers plenty of sweetness, the true highlight is the finale: a sharp, sour kick that leaves a lingering tingle on your palate.
Grape Ice
I prefer my grape flavours to taste more like the fruits, though this one from Exeek goes for the grape soda style flavour and tastes artificial as a result.
Even my grape-loving wife wasn’t too keen on this one unfortunately, it could have gone with a bit more sweetness to take the artificial edge off of it and upped the cooling notes too for a more refreshing finish.
Mint
Now here, Exeek have developed a nice and crisp mint leaf flavouring with a satisfying cooling finish. This is a blend that is easy to vape and very refreshing too.
It’s a no-frills mint flavour, but one that hits the spot nicely!
Banana Ice
I’ve never really been convinced by the Banana Ice flavours that I’ve tried out in the past, though this one from Exeek was one of the few that I found to be surprisingly palatable for myself!
There’s more of a rich and creamy banana flavouring to be found here, rather than an artificial foam sweet type flavour, and the robust icy finish gives this a banana milkshake vibe- one that I quite enjoyed!
Watermelon Ice
Much like the Grape Ice flavour, this one landed squarely in the artificial tasting category for me.
The artificial notes in this Watermelon Ice flavour are quite pronounced and noticeable, with a sharp aftertaste that I could pick up.
Overall I would say that this one tasted much like a watermelon candied sweet with an undertone of koolada running through it, which isn’t too appealing to me as I’m not a fan of watermelon type flavours!
Lemon Lime
If you’ve ever tossed a handful of green and yellow Skittles into your mouth, then you already know exactly what this tastes like!
This blend takes the bright, zesty punch of lemon and lime and coats it in a generous layer of candy sweetness.
A subtle, frosty undertone sweeps in on the exhale, keeping that extra sugar perfectly in check.
Even though it leans sweeter than other citrus profiles on the market, the balance is absolutely spot-on, making it an incredibly addictive, sweet-and-sour treat.
Mixed Berry Ice
This mixed berry ice blend is a masterclass in flavour layering!
Rather than a muddled, generic fruit punch, you can genuinely pick apart the profile as you vape: it starts with the bright, sugary notes of ripe strawberries, quickly followed by the tart, slightly earthy depth of blackberries and raspberries.
Just as the sweetness threatens to take over, a brilliantly calibrated wave of ice sweeps across the palate.
The cooling sensation is crisp and refreshing without muting the complexity of the berries, making this an incredibly well-rounded, all-day vape.
Warm Tobacco
I guess the ‘Warm’ in Warm Tobacco relates to the rich, full bodied tobacco flavour that runs right through this flavour profile!
It is quite robust and fairly strong, I found it best suited to having the airflow dialled down as well as the power output, as it was a bit much on higher power settings.
If you are giving up smoking and are craving a taste of tobacco then this one would be a very good option to consider as it hits the spot.
Mango Ice
If you’re chasing the true taste of a perfectly ripe mango, Exeek have managed to bottle that exact essence, doing an outstanding job with this one.
They’ve dialled the cooling effect and sweetness all the way up, delivering a massive hit of nostalgia that rivals the famous Malaysian blends from years past.
It’s an unapologetically frigid, intensely sweet vape that packs a serious punch, and a refreshing kick thanks to the strong cooling effect!
Strawberry Ice
Right off the bat, Exeek’s Strawberry Ice delivers a massive, concentrated hit of flavour.
It’s important to note that this isn’t a delicate, freshly-picked strawberry; it’s a wonderfully sweet, nostalgic trip back to your favourite childhood strawberry candy sweet.
What truly elevates this blend, however, is the brilliant wave of ice on the exhale. This crisp, refreshing chill cuts perfectly through the intense sugar, preventing the vape from ever feeling heavy or cloying.
If you love the punchy, frosted strawberry style of a premium disposable, this execution absolutely hits the mark.
How Does The Exeek EK MOMO Perform?
One of the main performance features here is the ceramic coil set up in the Exeek EK MOMO, which differs from traditional mesh coils found in similar kits.
In practice, I found that this offered a really crisp and clear vape, delivering a full flavoured experience, with a pretty quick ramp up time whenever I took a draw on the kit.
Combined with the 3 level airflow adjustment, you can adjust the wattage to suit MTL and RDTL vaping styles, though I did find that this was better suited to a more higher powered RDTL vape, as the vape felt a bit weak and lackluster at lower power.
Airflow
On the base of the pod is a 3-level airflow adjustment system that offers smooth adjustment between MTL and RDTL vaping styles, and I found that I could vape using both styles equally well, adjusting the wattage to suit the airflow.
When vaping RDTL, the ceramic coil system allows for some generous levels of vapour production too, providing some very satisfying clouds!
Battery Life
Each of these kits has a 1200mAh battery built into it, which should see an average user through a full days worth of vaping.
Heavier users, such as myself, may struggle to see out a full day. I did have a couple of occasions where I needed to put the device on charge in the evening after a day of heavy vaping at 25W.
How Many Puffs Can You Get From An Exeek EK MOMO pod?
It’s not heavily promoted by Exeek, but on their website they do mention that you can get up to 15,000 puffs per pod kit.
Now, much like battery life, this will all depend on how frequently you vape and what your wattage is set at.
If you vape frequently at higher wattage settings, you’ll get less puffs, lower wattage and more infrequent vaping will get more puffs.
When vaping the Mango Ice version at 25W, I got 4,233 puffs from a single pod and refill container, which pretty much got me through a full week’s worth of vaping.
As always, you will get more (or less) depending on how you vape.
Pros
- Simple, quick and easy set up process
- MTL and RDTL vaping
- Compact and sleek design
- Adjustable output power and airflow
- Affordable price
- Reusable kit- device and pods can be purchased separately
- Ten flavours to choose from
Cons
- Vape feels a bit weak at lower power settings
- Battery life substantially impacted at higher wattages
- A couple of flavours didn’t quite hit the mark
Final Verdict
The EK MOMO is the first kit that I have tried out from Exeek, and I have come away impressed with these sleek little vaping kits after testing them out for the past couple of weeks!
I’ve found myself chucking one of these kits in my pocket or bag whenever I’m heading out, as they have been solid and dependable kits that can get me through my day and provide me with a tasty vape whenever I need it.
The design of these is very user friendly, I can snap the kit together in no time at all and the single button operation combined with the 3-level airflow set up makes it easy to adjust the vape on the fly to tailor it to my own preferred specification.
