Innokin have quietly dropped one of the more interesting pod mod upgrades of 2026. The Gozee Nex takes the much-liked original Gozee platform and addresses two of its most obvious limitations: battery life and build quality.
The original Gozee ran on a 2100mAh battery and a lightweight plastic body — fine for casual use but not exactly tank-like in durability. The Nex fixes both in one go.
What’s New on the Innokin Gozee Nex?
The headline upgrade is the 3300mAh built-in battery — that’s a 57% jump over its predecessor and meaningfully more capacity than most pod mods in this size bracket.
Paired with USB-C 5V/2A fast charging, you’re looking at a device that can comfortably cover a full day of heavy use without anxiety-inducing battery icons.
The body has moved from polycarbonate plastic to a zinc alloy and aluminium alloy construction — a significant step up that delivers a noticeably more solid in-hand feel. It won’t bend in your pocket.
It won’t creak. Whether that matters to you will depend on what you’ve been using, but for anyone upgrading from a budget starter kit, the difference is immediately obvious.
Output sits at a 6–60W adjustable range via the 0.96-inch TFT colour screen, which also shows battery life, coil resistance and puff count. The bottom ON/OFF switch is a thoughtful addition for anyone who spends time with a device in their bag.
The GO Z NEX Tank
The Gozee Nex ships with Innokin’s new GO Z NEX tank — an evolution of the original Go Z with a metal-reinforced airflow control ring for smoother, more precise adjustment.
Capacity is 3.5ml (2ml for TPD UK versions), with a top slide-to-fill design that’s clean and straightforward.
The real selling point here is full Z-Coil compatibility. If you’re already in the Innokin ecosystem — using a Zenith, Zlide or any Z-coil-compatible device — your coil collection carries straight over.
That’s a broad range of options from tight MTL to more open RDL, covering nicotine salts and freebase liquids without needing to rebuild your setup from scratch.

Worth a Look?
For existing Innokin users who already have a drawer full of Z-coils, the Gozee Nex is a straightforward upgrade that removes two genuine frustrations — mediocre battery life and a plasticky feel — without complicating anything else.
