Vaporesso’s XROS range is one of the most popular MTL pod platforms on the planet, and the latest iteration — the XROS 6 — has just landed with a handful of welcome upgrades over its predecessor.
What’s New on the XROS 6?
The headline additions are speed and stamina. Vaporesso have bumped the battery to 1800mAh — good for up to five days of use according to the brand — and paired it with 3A fast charging via USB-C, meaning ten minutes on charge delivers a full day’s vaping.
That’s a genuinely useful upgrade for anyone who’s ever been caught short mid-afternoon.
The other big talking point is the 60-second Smart Prime feature. Fill the pod, wait a minute, and you’re vaping — no lingering to let the coil soak.
Whether that holds up in real-world use we’ll find out when a review unit lands, but it’s the kind of quality-of-life feature that makes a difference day to day.
Under the hood it’s running COREX 3.0 heating technology alongside Vaporesso’s VENTURI airflow system and SSS 2.0 leak-resistant tech. The device maxes out at 30W and has a small 0.88″ TFT screen for wattage and battery info.

One of the XROS range’s biggest selling points has always been pod compatibility, and the XROS 6 keeps that going — it works with the full XROS pod ecosystem, all of which have been upgraded to COREX 3.0.
