In this review we are taking a look at the pods available for the OXVA NeXLIM, thanks to Upmart!
You may have seen our previous review on the OXVA NeXLIM and OXVA NeXLIM GO pod kits, which rank as some of the best pod systems in the market.
I’m still using my OXVA NeXLIM kit on a daily basis now!
So, thanks to Upmart for sending these in, and let’s see how they fare!

OXVA NeXLIM Pods

OXVA NeXLIM replacement Pods are available from Upmart in 0.6ohm, 0.8ohm and 1.2ohm resistances with a TPD-friendly 2ml capacity, so there are options there to pretty much suit all vaping styles.
0.6ohm
The 0.6ohm version is best suited for restricted direct lung vaping, with a recommended wattage range of 20-40W. This is the one to use to take advantage of the full wattage range of your OXVA NeXLIM or NeXLIM GO kit!
0.8oHm
Next up is the 0.8ohm version, which sits in the middle. You can get a restricted lung hit using one of these, but its recommended resistance range (10-18W) makes it perfect for smooth mouth to lung draws with nicotine salt based e-liquid.
1.2ohm
If you want an even tighter, cigarette-styled mouth to lung draw, then the 1.2ohm version will be the one for you.
This is best suited for lower wattage vaping (8-12W), and provides the tightest draw out of all of the pods.

How to Fill An OXVA NeXLIM Pod
Filling is made simple with these pods, as you don’t even need to remove it from your NeXLIM or NeXLIM GO device!
There’s a filling port located on the side of the pod, and you just need to lift up the silicone cover to expose the filling port.
From there, just insert your bottle nozzle into the filling port hole and fill your pod up to the top, though do take care not to overfill it as e-liquid can easily can come straight back out of the filling port hole if you do!
If you are filling a fresh pod up for the first time, allow e-liquid to sit in the pod for at least five minutes before you begin puffing away.
This allows the cotton in the coil to fully absorb the e-liquid, cutting down on the risk of dry hits happening and prolonging the lifespan of your OXVA NeXLIM pod.
Whilst using these pods, I have noticed that the base does require a wipe from time to time, as condensation does like to build up there!
Flavour
I’ll start off by saying that my favourite pod out of the range so far is the 0.6ohm version.
I have a preference for restricted lung vaping and this suits my vaping style perfectly.
0.6ohm pod Performance
With the 0.6ohm pod, I can really push the upper limits of the wattage range available on the OXVA NeXLIM, which is really handy if I want to kick back with some high VG freebase nicotine and blow off some clouds.
Though that being said, I also really enjoy vaping low strength nicotine salt based e-liquid in the 32-35W range using this pod. 20mg nicotine salt is a bit much at this range!
0.8ohm Performance
When I have got some high strength nicotine salt, then the 0.8ohm pod is the one that I go for.
I can dial the power down and enjoy a satisfying nicotine hit with exceptionally smooth and rich flavour, which is perfect for getting my nicotine fix whilst I am at work!
With both pods, the performance is genuinely top-tier.
Thanks to the instant ramp-up time, every subtle flavour note in my e-liquid hits immediately and accurately.
Can they Handle Chain Vaping?
Flavour is smooth and full-bodied, allowing me to enjoy all of the flavour notes present in my e-liquid blends.
What has also really impressed me is the wicking, as the cotton in the pod absorbs e-liquid so efficiently that it handles heavy chain vaping flawlessly, without a single dry hit in sight, even when using higher VG e-liquid.
Of course, heavy chain vaping not receommended and for testing purposes only! 🙂
Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the 1.2ohm version to test out, so I can’t comment on that one!
Lifespan – How Long do Nexlim Pods Last?
Now I have had the benefit of using an OXVA NeXLIM device for a year now, but in that time I haven’t actually gone through that many pods!
On average, I will get about two months use from a single three pack of these pods, which offers a phenomenal cost saving when you compare that to a lot of other pods out there that struggle to last a full week!
How Many Puffs from one cartridge?
These are known to last over 8000 puffs, which is longevity that is hardly matched by any other pod on the market right now.
As I’m writing this, my current pod has lasted for 3744 puffs and shows absolutely no signs of flavour degradation at all!
Pros
- Market leading, rich tasting flavour
- Lifespan is exceptional
- Very easy to refill
- Restricted direct to lung and mouth to lung options
Cons
- The base needs regular wiping as condensation does build up
- Occasional connection issues (likely due to the condensation build up!)
Final Review Verdict
Honestly, the flavour profile on these pods are almost unmatched, these seriously are some of the best pods that money can buy!
What drives the outstanding performance is the dual mesh coil inside the NeXLIM cartridges—it produces incredibly rich, immersive vapour every single time, allowing you to savour every single flavour note present in your e-liquids.
As a massive bonus, these pods have serious longevity. They outlast most competitors by a mile, meaning you’ll spend way less money on replacements over time!
Plus, as another bonus, these cater to both restricted direct lung and mouth to lung vapers alike!
