Vladdin Slide Kit Preview – Slip It In Your Pocket?

The Slide Kit By Vladdin Previewed

The Vladdin Slide Kit is a funky new pod mod device from the people who brought us the excellent Vladdin Pod System (and the “RE” refillable version) and also have the Eden pod kit on the way too!

The styling reminds me a lot of the Billet Box and also the Artery Pal One Pro and Pal AIO devices too.

Basically the Slide kit consists of two main components the “Mod” – which is where the battery and power comes from and the “Pod” which is where the e-liquid and coil live.

Looking at the Mod part first, this houses a good size 1000mAh capacity battery.

There are 3 power levels to choose from – 3.45V, 3.35V or 3.25V. You simply click the fire button 3 times to cycle between the power modes which are then displayed on the LED indicator lights.

The LED indicators also display the battery capacity remaining.

To install the pod you slide the side cover off the device which also is access for refilling the pod too.

The pod will hold 2ml of your favourite e-liquid and is refilled via a little port located in the pod behind the sliding cover of the mod.

Thankfully you can simply replace the coils in this pod – no need to discard the whole pod when the coil life has expired. There are 2 coils to choose from and you get both in the kit:

1ohm Mesh coil
1.2ohm regular coil

On the base of the pod is an airflow adjustment too so you can tailor the airflow to suit your preference.

There are 4 colours to choose from although there are no “official” names so I will give them names myself – we have Purpley, Greeny, Turquoisey and Reddy!
