The Artery Baton kit is a new Pen style mod from the Artery camp.
The tank in the kit is the Artery Hive S tank – which is a smaller lower power version of the Hive tank used in the Hive 200 Kit.
Two single mesh coil heads which are 0.3ohms are included in the kit and apparently these are best at 30-50W. So lower power than the original Hive tank coil heads.
At the top of the tank is the removable cap which allows you to fill the tank from the top.
There are two glass size options to change the capacity between 2ml and 3ml.
The Baton mod is a semi mech mod – not adjustable but still has some circuitry. There are multiple safety protections – Short circuit, Overheat, Reverse Battery, Overcurrent, Low voltage, 10s cut off and weak battery protections.
There also appears to be a couple of LED’s on the mod next to the fire button – these may be battery indicator lights or simply just illuminate when one of the safety protections cuts in?
The great thing about this mod is the ability to use a single 21700, 20700 or 18650 battery – ideal if you already have batteries around you can use in this.
There are 4 colour options to choose from – Black, Blue, Red/Black and Purple/Blue.
