Previous releases include the DotAIO SE, Dotbox 75W and the DotSquonk.

What To Expect From The Dotmod Dotbox 220W Mod…

This is an upgrade to the original Dotbox 75W and Dotbox 200W mods. dotbox mod range

The first main difference you will notice is the screen. On previous models this was located on the side of the mod and was quite small.dotmod 220w blue

However the 220W version now has a larger screen located on the front of the mod – but sadly the size and type of screen are not specified.

You will need 2×18650 batteries to power the mod and it offers up to 220W output. A USB Type C port is supplied for emergency charging.dotmod 220w rear cover

As far as I can tell it has Variable Wattage, Bypass and Custom Curve operating modes. The Dotmod website is a bit vague when it comes to details!dotmod 220w sm pics

The mod body is made from Anodised Aluminium with a centrally located 510 connector sat on the top which can take tanks up to 25mm in diameter without overhang.

Again from what I can see the front and rear covers are removable so you might be able to customise the device further later on.dotmod 220w front cover

Here is a brief introduction video from the Dotmod YouTube channel…

There are 4 colours to choose from – Black, Gold, Royal Blue and Red.

My journey in vaping began again around 2016 and have been interested in the topic ever since. I finally stopped smoking as of June 2019 and that is all thanks to vaping! 20mg Nicotine Salts are my hero! Oh and I am partial to a nice pod mod and Bubblegum e-liquid! I have enjoyed writing for Ecigclick since 2017 and love being part of this great team! 1. I’ve got a gold Dot Box 200W, Michelle. Beautiful contouring around the edges. Decent chip inside too.
It’s no longer in rotation now though as one of the magnets on the battery door came loose. I must’ve purchased it around four years ago. Wow! For the memories.
