The iJoy Katana RDA seems to be a very smart move from iJoy – let me explain!
One of the huge successes recently has been the Uwell Nunchaku – a pen style regulated 18650 kit.
In order to compete with this iJoy created the Saber and Katana mods.
Uwell have just announced the Nunchaku RDA kit – replacing the Nunchaku Sub Ohm tank with an RDA.
So to keep up iJoy have now released an RDA designed for the Katana mods.
As RDA’s go this looks pretty normal – the deck is the part which seems to stand out for me.
There is a central clamp on the deck secured by two clamp screws which apparently will accommodate dual round coils, dual flat coils and mesh!
The airflow inlet is at the base of the RDA and is adjustable.
Also in the kit is a 510 bottom feed pin so you can remove the solid 510 pin and replace with the BF pin to use this RDA on a squonk mod.
The 510 connectors are gold plated too which improves conductivity.
There are 7 colours to choose from: Mirror Black, Mirror Rainbow, Mirror Stainless Steel, Mirror Red, Mirror Blue, Mirror White and Red Copper (the same colours as the Katana mod!)

Smart thinking iJoy keeping up with Uwell!
One thing worth noting there is a “Red Copper” colour version. If you own a copper tone mod you can often struggle to find an atomiser which matches – so this could work?
