The IVG Mixer E-liquid range is the latest line from an extremely popular UK based and internationally renowned juice company.

The mixer element comes from the fusion of fruits and lemonade and there are both 50ml short-fills and nic salts in the line-up – both of which I’ll be reviewing.

IVG stands for “I Vape Great” – a bold statement for sure.

However, IVG is a multi-international vaping award winner – as well as finishing in the top three in last years EcigClick Vape Awards in the Best UK Brand category.

The company has been around for 6 years and now supply 60 countries and counting so are going from strength to strength.

I have tasted pretty much all the IVG range at various UK Expos, and our Michelle reviewed a sample of the various flavours they have to offer – including the Millions sweets range which caused a bit of a heated argument/dispute in the vaping community…nuff said πŸ˜‰

I reviewed the recently released IVG pod kit – and wasn’t that impressed…hopefully these flavours will be a little better to say the least!

What Can We Expect From the IVG Mixer E-liquid Range?

Above all I’m hoping for bags of flavour!

Looking at the flavour notes the range is bang on my flavour profile.

I want depth of flavour without too much sweetness from the short-fills – designed for Direct to Lung (DTL) vapers.

Whilst from the nic salt line – designed for Mouth to Lung (MTL) and new vapers – I’m of course hoping for equal flavour and a smooth satisfying vape.

As I’ve already said, I’m reviewing the full range, both the short-fills, and the nic salts, and mine came in a lovely presentation box.

Vapour isn’t really an issue for me whether that be DTL or MTL vaping styles – but some is good πŸ™‚

OK, let’s put these to the taste test.

For the short-fills I used the Hellvape Dead Rabbit V2 RDA – a pair of stapled claptons at 0.10hm and freshly wicked every time using my go to FUZZ cotton – vaping at between 80 and 120w.

For the nic salts I used the extremely flavoursome GeekVape Ammit MTL RDA – with a simple coil at 0.9ohms and again using Fuzz cotton and vaping between 18 and 21w.

The short-fills are available in 50ml zero nicotine bottles – you’ll need to add your own nic shots – and are 70/30 VG/PG.

The nic salts are 50/50 VG/PG and come in 10ml bottles.

I received the e-liquids from IVG free of charge for the purpose of this review – thank you – and as always my thoughts – opinions and indeed taste-buds are not swayed by freebies.

I have had them quite some time – apologies to IVG for the delay in getting this review out – as there’s a lot of them, I needed to take my time πŸ˜‰

IVG Mixer E-liquid – Citrus Lemonade – 70/30 PG/VG 50ml Short fill

IVG Mixer E-liquid Citrus Lemonade review

IVG Says:

Handpicked sour grapefruits infused with the zest of oranges & lemons, creating a natural tangy citrus lemonade.

A true all day vape.

I Say:

This one sounds bang on my flavour profile given I really enjoy tangy tarty flavours with bags of citrus.

Whipping off the top gives you a real deep smell of sharp grapefruit and this one promises to be delicious.

Trust me it is!

The inhale delivers that tang of grapefruit for sure with a hint of sweeter things to come.

The mixing here is very good indeed without too much artificial sweetener.

The exhale still holds the tang of the grapefruit but the orange and lemon calms it down.

The lemonade is not at all sweet and way back in the background.

Love it and yup definitely an all day vape.

IVG Mixer E-liquid – Citrus Lemonade Salt Nic 20mg- 50/50 VG/PG

IVG Mixer E-liquid nic salts citrus lemonade review

I Say

Less power through your coils can sometimes mean a dip in overall flavour of an e-liquid.

That shouldn’t be the case with nic salts and it definitely isn’t here.

At 21w the citrus is punchy with a real slap of fresh lemon and citrus notes.

Bit of a kick to the throat too – very nice indeed!

IVG Mixer E-liquid – Fresh Lemonade – 70/30 PG/VG 50ml Short fill

IVG Mixer E-liquid Fresh Lemonade review

IVG Say

A handful of freshly squeezed ripe lemons blended with a dash of sugar for sweetness, a brilliant yet simple classic lemonade that’s perfect for any occasion.

I Say

With the top off I was expecting a real whiff of lemon – that’s not quite what I got.

Dare I say the onus here is on the words “ripened” and a “dash of sugar”.

Rather than the fresh whack of citrus lemon I found this one just a little too sweet – just a smidgen!

The smell suggested candied however the inhale did give fresh – but sweet lemons.

The exhale was the same – fruity for sure but almost too sweet for me.

A nice vape though – I’m thinking lemon cordial rather than freshly squeezed.

IVG Mixer E-liquid Fresh Lemonade Salt Nic 20mg – 50/50 VG/PG

IVG Mixer E-liquid Fresh-Lemonade-nic salt review

So has the lower power calmed the sweetness down a bit?

Yes indeed it has!

I actually prefer the nic salt to the short-fill here.

The less heat for me seems to calm the sugar down by a good way.

Still not the freshest lemon juice I’ve tried but a very pleasant vape with a nice little throat tickle.

IVG Mixer E-liquid – Pink Lemonade – 70/30 PG/VG 50ml Short fill

IVG Mixer E-liquid pink lemonade e-liquid review

IVG Say

Your favourite lemonade with hints of sweet grapefruit.

I Say

‘Sweet’ is one of my least favourite flavour notes I want to see in my preferred e-liquids!

So is this one overpowered with sugar?

Again…almost!

The smell off this one is divine to say the least with a real citrusy tangy kick.

The inhale is bloody gorgeous with a real tang to it.

It’s the exhale where the sweeter lemonade pours over your tongue creating a delicious cocktail.

I really enjoyed this one and those clouds were dense and smelled absolutely gorgeous.

YUM with a capital Y!

IVG Mixer E-liquid – Pink Lemonade – Salt Nic – 50/50 VG/PG

ivg nic salt pink lemonade review

After the short-fill version, I was hoping for big things from this one.

And that’s exactly what I got!

A lovely little salt nic juice brimming with flavour with the gentlest of throat hits.

Very moreish and mine has emptied very quickly!

IVG Mixer E-liquid – Honey Dew Lemonade – 70/30 PG/VG 50ml Short fill

IVG Honeydew Lemonade juice review

IVG Says

Juicy honeydew melon puree combined with freshly squeezed lemon juice, garnished with crushed ice.

A truly mouth-watering vape.

I Say

Oh my!

Probably one of the best honeydew melon e-liquid flavours I’ve had the pleasure to taste!

Oooo get me getting all gushy over a juice with my rep lol.

The smell is bloody stunning and that initial vape really does have your mouth watering.

Waves of juicy melon are joined by a cascade of lemonade notes creating another glorious cocktail.

The merest touch of ice brings it all together quite beautifully.

Not quite an ADV for me though – a little rich for my all day tastes – but definitely one for after dinner or as a treat.

The lemonade seems much more prominent in this one – especially the after taste which is really quite lovely.

Lovers of sweetish fruit flavours will adore this one!

IVG Mixer E-liquid – Honey Dew Lemonade – Salt Nic – 50/50 VG/PG

ivg Honeydew-nic salt review

I Say

Just as good if not a touch better than the short-fill.

I can only put that down once again to less power caramelizing the sweetness.

It’s still an almost too sweet vape for me but just holds its own.

Nice throat hit too.

IVG Mixer E-liquid – Riberry Lemonade – 70/30 PG/VG 50ml Short fill

IVG Riberry Lemonade review

IVG Say

A perfect blend of crushed blackcurrants and wild berries paired with refreshing lemonade, an extremely satisfying taste.

I Say

Another one bang on my flavour profile – so does it deliver?

In a word – YES!

Again the aroma from the bottle had me hoping for a flavour explosion.

And that’s exactly what I got.

Those blackberries are to the fore on the inhale with a real natural earthy sweetness.

There’s a hint of even more berries to come and the exhale is nothing short of wondrous.

The fruits smash together leaving your taste-buds searching for the dominant flavour.

Man this is a good vape made great by the arrival of that lemonade.

I’ve smashed this bottle – lovely stuff!

IVG Mixer E-liquid – Riberry Lemonade – Salt Nic – 50/50 VG/PG

ivg ribery lemonade nic salts review

Exactly the same as above!

If you like wild berries – blackberries in particular this one’s for you.

A stunning mix of fruit and lemonade that is so moreish it’s untrue.

Wow!

Final Review Verdict

What a great range of e-liquid flavours! I impressed with the IVG Mixer Range to say the least.

Fruits and lemonade of course mix well in the real world.

The temptation from the mixologists here could have been to over-sweeten. They most definitely haven’t – though a couple came close.

Very clean – tasty – extremely refreshing and most of them are definitely an all day vape.

I can’t say for sure how they’ll hold up regarding your coils – given I cleaned my tanks after every taste test. However, there appears to be a lack of too many unnatural sweeteners, so they should hold up.

The vapour was very good on both the short-fill and nic salt lines so all good from the respect.

Fruit and lemonade lovers rejoice – this is a great range!
