Smoant Pasito II Pod Kit Preview – The Pasito Grows Up!

The Smoant Pasito II Pod Kit is the update to the original Pasito kit.

I reviewed the original Pasito and found it to be a lovely kit – so how have Smoant updated it?

What Is New On The Smoant Pasito II Pod Kit?

The Pasito 2 has had a lot of updates and it is now a real grown up pod kit full of features.

Looking first at the device itself – this has an internal 2500mAh battery which is charged via the USB Type C port at a fast 2A rate.

The output is higher too at 1-80W and you can choose from Variable Wattage, DVW (I assume “Dynamic” Variable Wattage?), Bypass, Temperature Control and TCR.

A 0.96in colour TFT screen is located on the side and the screen colour themes can be changed.

The pod has changed too and now is compatible with 7 different coil types.

Firstly the K range of coils which were found on the Smoant Knight 80 kit plus some new coils too:

• K3 – 0.6ohm Mesh
• K2 – 0.4ohm Dual Mesh
• K-RBA – DIY RBA coil
• K1 – 0.3ohm Mesh

Plus if you purchase the optional Pasito 2 adaptor you can use the coils from the original Pasito which include the 1.4ohm Ni80, 0.6ohm Mesh and the Pasito RBA.

The pod capacity has now increased to 6ml however this is still only going to be 2ml in TPD regulated areas.

You can also purchase a 510 adaptor to allow any 510 atomiser to be used on the device – basically turning it into a box mod.

An airflow adjustment lever is located on the top of the pod.

There are 4 colours to choose from: Carbon Fibre, Chocolate, Diamond Shaped and Indigo.
