Smok RPM 85 & RPM 100 Kits Preview – Get Revved Up!

This preview is for 2 new kits, the Smok RPM 85 and Smok RPM 100.

The RPM range has brought us a wide variety of kits, from the RPM Lite to the more advanced RPM 5.

What To Expect From The Smok RPM 85 & RPM 100 Kits…

This time we have two devices – both are very similar but there are a few differences.

The main difference is the power source. The RPM 85 has a 3000mAh internal battery and the RPM 100 uses a single 18650 or 21700 battery.

Also this has an effect on the power output, the RPM 85 will output 5-85W and the RPM 100 goes up to 100W.

There appears to be only a Variable Wattage output and your data is displayed on the colour 0.96in TFT display.

Both devices have a USB Type C port which allows charging at up to a 1.5A rate.

The airflow adjustment is located on the mod and is a rotary ring style.

This has a removable pod which has replaceable coils. It is available in 2 types…

In the kit is the RPM 3 pod which is compatible with RPM 3 coils and is universal between the RPM 100 and 85.

You get the 0.15ohm and 0.23ohm meshed RPM 3 coils included in the kit.

You can also purchase a RPM 2 coil compatible pod separately and as the name implies this is compatible with the RPM 2 range of coils.

A slide top fill system allows for refilling and it is also child safe. In standard format the pod will hold up to 6ml of your own e-liquid. For TPD regulated areas sadly this has to be reduced to 2ml.

These both are full of features and I like the option of buying the RPM 2 compatible pod – which makes this even more versatile!
