The Tauren Max Mod By THC Previewed
The Thunderhead Creations (THC) Tauren Max Mod is a new mechanical mod release from a company who are popular for high quality gear.
Previous devices from THC include the Tauren Solo RDA and the well received Tauren BF RDTA.
The Tauren Max mod as stated above is a mechanical mod – so no regulation or safety features so you will need to make sure you are clued up on your Ohms law and battery safety to get the safest and best performance from this little fella.
At the top of the device where the 510 connector is the diameter is 24mm however the shape tapers in and at the base the diameter is 26mm.
A new style switch is used to power the device on and off and it consists of a ball and spring style mechanism. 
You also get a tool in the kit to adjust and dismantle the switch for maintenance.
The switch can also be locked to prevent accidental firing.
The mod is apparently Waterproof, Dustproof and Shockproof so could be a nice rugged little set up for everyday use.
Plus the fact you can use multiple battery types in here is useful – either a single 18650, 20700 or 21700 is compatible.
There are 7 colour options to choose from – Brass / Black, Brass, Brass / White, Brass / Green, Brass / Red, Brass / Gun and Brass / Gold.
