‘Ello, what do have we here?” It’s the new Vecee ELLO disposable vape device and we’re here to take a closer look.
Please note: This product is not available in the UK as it doesn’t meet TPD regulations. So only available to readers outside TPD regulated countries.
Vecee’s intention is to ‘maximise the ease of use of E-cigarettes’.
They’ve been doing this by releasing a string of disposable vapes as a subsidiary brand to Shenzhen based Yocan Technology Co.
I mean, let’s face it. Disposables don’t come any easier to use and it is the main reason they’ve become so popular.
That kind of gives any vaping manufacturer something of a head start but in order to be exceptional they need to offer something a little extra these days.
Vecee demonstrated that with their Picco and Luke range of disposables, offering a form of juice control via their Juice Locking System (JLS). By pressing or twisting the mouthpiece, flavour was able to stay fresher for longer.
As well as a focus on TPD compliant products, Vecee have a firm foot hold on overseas vape markets including the US.
The Vecee ELLO disposable vape is one such device. Let’s dive in!
What Can We Expect From the Vecee ELLO Disposable Vapes?
As mentioned at the beginning of this review, the Vecee ELLO disposable vape is non TPD compliant.
That’s because not only does it contain more E-liquid than allowed under such regulations but the nicotine strength is way above stipulated levels.
What we’re given is a massive 14ml of E-liquid with a 50mg (5%) salt nicotine strength.
The vertical mesh coil is powered by a 650mAh integrated battery and is fully rechargeable via a type C USB port built into the base of the device.
.. Just as well, really since the ELLO is said to last for anything up to 7000 puffs.
A single Blue LED illuminates on the base of the disposable during auto draw.
The device doesn’t provide adjustable airflow and is predominantly designed for a MTL (Mouth To Lung) vape. We tell you what this means in our Guide To Vape Styles.
The Vecee ELLO disposable vape range is constantly being updated. Currently there are 11 flavours to pick from including fruits, sweets, mint and tobacco. Most with a complimentary dash of ice for good measure.

Let’s see what the Vecee ELLO disposable vape is capable of.
What’s the flavour like? How much vapour does it produce? What’s the airflow like and can we expect 7000 puffs?
I’m sure you’d like to know the answers.
Please remember that taste is subjective. I can only provide you with my own personal experiences of the product.
Since I’ve been unable to obtain any flavour descriptions I’ll be blind testing the disposables.
Quite an eclectic mix of flavours, in my opinion.
Orange seems to be the dominant flavour but with a smattering of Strawberry and Lemon.
Everything seems to come together as a whole though, so something of a unique taste is created.
That’s not to say it has any particularly natural flavour as I did find Candy Ice to be quite artificial overall. So I’m not particularly reminded of candy – or sweets.
It’s maybe a tad on the sulphuric, bitter side as well. I can safely write that flavour quality is strong here.
The sweetness is set to acceptable levels but it doesn’t take long for the cooling agent to take effect.
Candy Ice is too sickly for my own personal tastes but I’m sure it’ll have fans simply because of the unique flavour.
A full on minty flavour.
On the inhale there’s a lot of sweetness drawn up alongside a cooling blast of menthol.
It’s a very fresh tasting spearmint that instantly lures me in. It’s quite strong tasting and instantly refreshes the mouth.
The menthol leaves a lasting impression and the sweetness of the vape lines the tongue.
This would be the perfect minty vape were it not for the exaggerated use of sweetener, in my opinion. The Menthol is also a bit dominating for my particular taste buds too.
Having said that, Mint Ice does act as a great palate cleanser and will reset the old taste receptors nicely.
This one definitely tastes unfinished. Or maybe because it doesn’t really remind me of Tobacco in any way.
There’s an odd fragrance emitted during the exhale and one that I wouldn’t associate with Tobacco leaves. Yet the after taste seems more authentic. It’s a strange one to sample.
As with many Tobacco flavours, this one has a very dry exhale and there’s little sweetness on offer.
There is an element of cooling to the vape as well. So that’s another reason why I feel so disassociated from what Vecee are trying to achieve.
At least I’m spared the usual “ash like” after-taste many other versions tend to leave me with.
It’s a softer vape too, making easier on the throat during inhale.
I’m just not particularly reminded of Tobacco – be it pre-made cigarettes or hand rolled.
Battery Performance and Number of Puffs
I’m still testing them!
The initial factory charge gave me 12 hours of continuous use. The Blue LED on the base of the disposable will flash 10 times when the battery needs topping up.
It remains lit a solid Blue during the charge cycle and flashes 3 times once complete.
Although it only takes around an hour to recharge the battery from flat there’s no option of being able to vape mid charge.
I’ll report back here with an update on more information as I get it.
.. I estimate around 850 puffs so far. There’s clearly some vaping to do before approaching anywhere near 7000.
Final Review Verdict
The Vecee ELLO disposables provide a pretty good MTL vape and the coil is very quiet during inhale.
This will result in a very stealth like volume of cloudage, perfect for when discretion is the better part of valour – or vapour in this case.
Auto draw was flawless throughout, responding to the meekest of inhales.
Yes, it is possible to RDL (Restrictive Direct Lung) vape but with 50mg salt nicotine, that’s not something I would particularly endorse!
The flavours were OK. Not the best I’ve experienced from disposables but do hold up well enough throughout the life span of a battery charge.
The matte finish on the main shell makes a difference when it comes to grip and the size of the disposables make them either shirt or pocket friendly.
Lest we forget the Vecee ELLO is holding a whacking 14ml of E-liquid.
