The Voopoo Pericles RDA is a new release from the ever inventive brand Voopoo.
So what is new about the Pericles RDA?
Well on first glance there doesn’t seem to be much – but if you look a bit deeper there are a few useful new features.
So the build deck is for dual coils arranged in a “Goon” style configuration. However as anyone who has built on a Goon style deck knows holding both coils and tightening the clamp screws is a bit of a challenge!
On the Pericles the one coil uses the bottom lift up clamp and has 2 dedicated screws and the second coil is held in the slots with the two other screws. Which makes it easier to position and keep the coils in place whilst tightening.
This is a standard RDA or can be used with the included 510 squonk pin on a squonk mod.
In between the coil posts is a kind of “bridge” which basically disperses the e-liquid between the 2 juice wells when you squeeze the squonk bottle to avoid the liquid shooting up too quick.
Apparently in the top cap is also a shield to help protect from condensation too.
There are 10 colours to choose from – Black & Rainbow, Black & Gold, Silver & Rainbow, Silver & Blue, Silver, Rainbow & Silver, Rainbow, Blue & Silver, Gold & Rainbow and Gold.
