I haven’t heard much of this company but apparently they were established in 2015 and have a few other mods including the Xomo Mimi and Xomo GT Laser range.exo-armor styling

The Exo-Armor is a 300W output mod from only dual 18650 batteries – which I find quite surprising!exo-armor front view

The mod body is a clear see through design but the kit includes a set of “armour plates” which are made from Zinc Alloy and are a matte black finish. The armour plates are held in position with magnets.exo-armor armour

The circular TFT HD screen has customisable wallpaper, clock and you can upgrade the user interface and firmware when updates are available.exo-armor wallpaper

As mentioned above inside the Exo-Armor is a YiHi chipset – used by many devices from the SX Mini range and some of the GTRS Mods. exo-armor components

You can select from Variable Wattage or Variable Joule (Temperature Control) modes. This mod also uses the SXi-Q Intelligent taste curve profiles – you have 5 to choose from – Super powerful, Powerful, Standard, Soft and Energy saving.

According to Xomo this mod took 744 days, 17865 hours, 813 drawings, 130 sets of grinding tools, 3821 parts and components, 300 processes and 500 technicians to create!exo-armor partsThere does appear to only be the clear with black armour panels version available.exo-armor looks

My name is Michelle - I am 48 and an engineer and Technical Author by trade. I started vaping many years ago in the days of Tornado tanks, Ego batteries and Variable Voltage. My journey in vaping began again around 2016 and have been interested in the topic ever since. I finally stopped smoking as of June 2019 and that is all thanks to vaping! 20mg Nicotine Salts are my hero! Oh and I am partial to a nice pod mod and Bubblegum e-liquid! I have enjoyed writing for Ecigclick since 2017 and love being part of this great team! My passion for Tobacco Harm Reduction has also led me to becoming a Trustee for the NNA (New Nicotine Alliance) aiding in Advocacy
