The Geekvape Aegis Max Kit consists of the new Aegis Max mod and the existing Zeus Sub Ohm Tank.
We have already reviewed the Zeus Sub Ohm tank here so I will mainly be checking out the features of the Aegis Max mod…
Geekvape Aegis Max Kit Features…
So we all remember the original Aegis mod? It was super rugged, waterproof, shock proof and dustproof and would reach up to 100W if you used a 26650 battery.
There have been several versions of the Aegis but the only single battery version was the Aegis Solo which said you could get 100W out of a single 18650 battery. Sadly people did miss the ability to have a larger capacity battery instead of a 18650.
It looks like Geekvape have listened and the new addition to the Aegis family is fine with a single 18650 (using the included adaptor) but you can also us a single 21700.
As with the rest of the range this has the IP67 rating for being water, dust and shockproof.
The full kit version is paired with the Zeus Sub Ohm Tank and comes with two coils – 0.4ohm and 0.2ohm Kanthal Mesh.
The tank has a top adjustable airflow inlet to help prevent leaks and easy top filling too.
Here is a short introduction video from the Geekvape YouTube Channel.
There are 5 colours to choose from: Black Space, Grey Pearl, Black Tungsten, Red Phoenix and white storm.
