Given the explosion of interest in CBD products this past year or so – we thought we’d branch out and take a look at products that both vapers and none vapers might be interested in.
As for the vapers and smokers out there – here’s a couple of guides to get you started vaping CBD:
What Is CBD?
In a nutshell CBD, short for Cannabidiol – is the product left when the ingredient from the cannabis plant that gives users the ‘high’ is removed – that’s called Tetrahydrocannabinol or THC.
So nope, this ain’t dope, and no it won’t get you high – hence the reason it’s completely legal here in the UK and around the world.
Whilst the medical profession is reluctant to class CBD as medicinal, there’s tons of anecdotal evidence out there that CBD can help with many mental health issues and tackle/ease many other symptoms.
Research is slowly concluding there is something real to this and I’m sure it won’t be very long until it’s use is embraced.
If you are at all concerned about using CBD please consult your doctor or qualified medical practitioner.
What Can We Expect From Harmony Natural CBD Oil?
Whilst vaping on CBD gets the goodness to your bloodstream quicker than any other way, not everyone vapes!
There are plenty of ways to use CBD, from balms, pills, topicals, supplements and CBD oil drops that we’re looking at today.
I guess it’s fair to say CBD oils may be the second fastest to get into your system and also are quick and easy usually with 1 or 2 doses per day rather than vaping on a CBD e-liquid every half an hour or so.
The Harmony Natural CBD Oil comes in 4 strengths: 100mg – 300mg – 1000mg and 3000mg concentration in glass bottles with a dripper.
You can either drip them on your tongue – or some say dripping under the tongue works faster.
I tried both and am now doing it under the tongue.
What CBD Strength To Use?
The strength you choose is down to very many factors from your body size etc – I have more details in the links above.
If you’re of slight build and brand new to CBD then 100mg might be a good choice once or twice daily.
OK let’s put them to the test!
I received the 100mg and 300mg bottles free of charge from Harmony – thank you – and have been using both for close to a month now – 300mg first.
Given I’m a regular CBD user [vaping] there’s a lot of the stuff sloshing around in my system.
Plus I am NOT allowed to say how it may or may not have benefited me 😉
How Do the Harmony Natural CBD Oil Drops Taste?
I hadn’t even looked at the ingredients before I picked out at least one from the first drip!
Olive oil – and yeah I bloody love that stuff – especially the expensive virgin varieties that I can’t afford lol.
The CBD is Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract – which basically means, rather than one strain of cannabis [with the high ingredient THC removed] a blend of leaves are used.
I plan to cover all this in a guide in the none to distant future 😉
OK, the Harmony Natural CBD Oil Oral Drops are not particularly pleasant tasting if I’m brutally honest.
Indeed they remind me a little of that awful castor oil I was given as a kid.
However, I’ve manned up and have used them until the bottles ran dry.
I was taking two drops daily and cleaned out the 300mg version first and there’s a little left in the 100mg.
As to why you should use the drops, or indeed any of the Harmony CBD products?
Harmony says:

I’ve been using CBD via vaping for an absolute age now, and whilst I can’t comment on how or even if it helps me, lets just say I’m still using it and will continue to do so 😉
Final Review Verdict
If you can get past the flavour – or in this case the flavourlessness if that’s even a word lol – the Harmony Natural CBD Oil oral drops are a quick and convenient way to take your chosen daily dose.
I love the taste of terpenes, however I wasn’t picking those up at all, just a rather bitter olive oil.
Adding a hint of flavour shouldn’t really dilute the CBD or the effects and maybe in the future that’s something Harmony may consider.
We’re expecting other brands to send oral CBD drops with flavours which should be interesting to compare.
BTW – as to the lack of review scores that’s quite difficult to do given what they actually are – so no scores on the doors 🙂
So would I recommend the Harmony Natural CBD Oil oral drops?
I most definitely would for non-smokers – smokers and vapers a like.
It’s clean quick and efficient and as we always say a spoonful of sugar helps the bitter taste go down 😉
