A slight change of direction for me here, I have got hold of the Harmony Flow CBD Vape Kit!
Harmony are a well-known brand for CBD products and were one of the first companies in Europe to produce Hemp Products in 2014.
CBD stands for “Cannabidiol” and it is what’s left when the psychoactive ingredient in the cannabis plant – THC – is removed meaning users do not get the ‘high’.
To cement their reputation as a reliable company their website displays all of the required certificates of analysis so you know just what you are getting in their products.
They also use quality ingredients and form close partnerships with farmers to maintain high standards.
We have reviewed a lot of their products in the past including their CBD E-liquids, CBD Oral Oil, Tempo Kit and CBD Isolate. Plus there are a lot more Harmony products in my review queue so watch out for those!

What To Expect From The Harmony Flow CBD Vape Kit…
This is a beginners CBD vape kit, designed to be simple and not intimidating for people new to CBD or Vaping.
The slim cigalike body contains a 350mAh battery and charging is via a screw on adaptor with a USB connector at the other end.
At the base is an LED indicator which lights up when vaping and charging.
You can buy the full kit or just the battery or cartridges on their own. The cartridges are not refillable, they are pre-filled.
The 0.5ml Flow cartridge offers 75% CBD, CBG, countless other minor cannabinoids and a tasty OG Kush terpenes aroma. There is no PG, VG, or fillers, just 100% natural full-spectrum hemp.
Inside the cartridge is a 1.5ohm CCELL Ceramic heating element. Vaporesso have used the CCELL technology in some of their tanks.
Simply screw the cartridge onto the battery and away you go, a simple auto draw system means you only need to inhale on the mouthpiece to operate.
This only comes in a brushed Stainless Steel version.

Design and Build Quality
I received the battery kit plus 2 of the Cartridges.
The packaging is very minimal and pretty much plastic free. This is good for recycling and the only non-recyclable elements were the Silicone protector caps on the cartridges. Excellent work.
It fits well with the “Responsible Manufacturing” ethos of Harmony CBD who state…
“Our Harmony FLOW products come in packaging made from unbleached kraft paper without any plastic coatings, making it highly recyclable and minimizing waste by eliminating unnecessary plastic and aluminium. Our boxes are produced and printed in Europe by trusted manufacturers, and the product is packed in Germany, keeping supply chains short and reducing transport and emissions.”
This is a super simple kit so there are no bells and whistles, but what that does mean is that there is little that can go wrong!
I found the instructions to be pretty good but sadly there is no online version for those who like to zoom in a bit (I know I do!)
If you buy the cartridges on their own, the box needs to be dismantled to view the instructions.
Harmony Flow Battery
The shape of this is similar to a cigalike – early vape – in that it is a thin brushed finish Stainless Steel tube which is just slightly thicker than a cigarette.
The base has a Black cover with the Harmony logo etched in. When the LED illuminates this logo lights up – a clever touch.
Also the sides of the base are clear so the LED can be seen when vaping.
Harmony do recommend keeping this standing up when not in use, but as it is quite tall it doesn’t take much persuasion to fall over.
The Harmony logo and text are etched into the side in Black and that is all there is branding wise.
At the top of the battery is the 510 connection. This has 4 cut outs to allow air to flow to the base of the cartridge.
This does mean the cartridge does not sit flush on the battery and there is a very small gap.
Inside the connection the threads are well turned and feel secure, there is no wobbly here!
This connector is also where you screw the battery charging adaptor to.
Harmony Flow Cartridge
The design of this is similar to a standard 510 vape cartridge with a clear body and metal base.
The mouthpiece is a flat whistle style design and is thin and super comfortable to use.
You can view the remaining liquid level easily at a glance.
At the base of the cartridge is a metal exterior which has the required legal logo and “CCELL” etched in.
Underneath the cartridge the CCELL name and (what I assume is) the serial number are etched in.
Again the threads are perfect and the centre pin and threads look well isolated to help prevent short circuits.
Quick Start Guide
You will need to charge the battery and connect up the cartridge to get started. Do not fear I will tell you how below!
Basic Operation
- Power On/Off = There is no On/Off function
- Vaping = Just inhale on the mouthpiece to trigger the auto fire system.
- LED indicator = Lights up White when vaping.
- LED indicator when charging = The indicator stays on when charging. When full it will flash loads of times (it was too quick to count) – then go off.
Protections
- Low Battery: When the battery charge is below that required to power the device, the LED indicator will flash and the device will not work until charged.
How To Charge The Battery
The charging rate is not specified.
- Remove the cartridge and screw the charging adaptor onto the battery.
- Connect the other end of the charging adaptor into a suitable USB outlet.
- The LED indicator will stay on whilst charging.
- When fully charged the LED indicator will flash and turn off.
The charging time for me using a mains charging plug was around 50 minutes.
How To Replace The Cartridge
If using a new cartridge you will need to remove the Silicone protective covers from the base and mouthpiece.
- Unscrew the existing cartridge from the battery (if applicable).
- Screw a new cartridge on to the battery, do not over tighten.
- Inhale on the mouthpiece to start vaping!
How Does the Harmony Flow CBD Vape Kit Perform?
This is quite deceptive as the vapour is so cool and smooth you will think it is not working.
Believe me, don’t take long drags on this as it will suddenly hit you that your mouth and throat is full of vapour!
Also it is recommended to hold the vapour in for as long as possible (don’t make yourself ill obviously) but the longer the better for absorption.
Thankfully this does not have the “hot lawnmower” taste some CBD vapes can have, in fact the flavour is really mellow. It is not over powering and I am sure those nearby would not be able to pick up any cannabis type smells.
Ceramic coils can be hit and miss, I have had some terrible ones and some amazing ones. I am pleased to report that the CCELL coil that Harmony supply is excellent.
Really pleasant to use and extremely smooth – I am very impressed!
I am unable to talk about any possible beneficial health effects, plus every person is an individual so everyone’s experience will vary.
All I can say is I feel nicely relaxed and no impairment to brain or physical functions – bingo!
Leaks
Not a drop – but these are sealed cartridges so they are less likely to leak anyway.
Battery / Cartridge Life
This is not a device you would be constantly using so I will try to give you a rough idea of the puffs I got for each charge / cartridge.
I got 105 puffs to the first cartridge, the battery still did not need charging! The battery charge will outlast the e-liquid!
Eventually the battery did conk out, at a total of 200 puffs! I am almost at the end of the second cartridge!
“Puffs” is a difficult measurement to clarify, but to help matters I would take 2-3 second puffs.
I got 100 puffs from the second cartridge.
Pros
- Classy looking design
- Nice details such as the Harmony logo LED indicator
- Super simple to operate
- Ideal introduction to vaping and CBD
- Lovely flavour and super smooth vape
- Quick auto draw firing
- Easy viewing of remaining e-liquid.
- Incredible battery life
- Efficient use of e-liquid – around 100 puffs per cartridge
Cons
- Slightly dated design, but it is a universal design for this type of device.
- Not the cheapest on the market, but it is excellent quality from a reliable company.
- If you lie the device on its side, the e-liquid will take a while to drop back down towards the coil.
Final Review Verdict
I dreaded getting a flavour of burnt cut grass, but thankfully the beautiful blending gave enough earthy notes without me feeling like I had just barbecued my lawn.
Also the vapour is so smooth it is perfect, the only downside is that you might think it is not working and inhale too much! So do short puffs and you will be surprised how much vapour you actually exhale.
The battery life was surprising! It outlived one cartridge plus most of the second one!
The simplicity is perfect to introduce anyone to CBD and vaping, plus simplicity always means there is less to go wrong, so this should be pretty reliable.
It is a quality bit of kit, made by a reliable manufacturer. It is not the cheapest device of this type, but equally you will know what you are getting and that it comply with all applicable regulations.
Even the thoughtfulness of the packaging is incredible – the unbleached boxes with no plastic coating means the majority of it can be recycled!
