The Horizon Asteroid Pod Kit is a new release from a company that is well known for knocking out flavourful vape devices.
I personally loved the Falcon and Falcon 2 sub ohm tanks and their pod kits – the Magico and Adamats also delivered too.

This is a pretty simple pod kit but you can replace the coils without discarding the pod.
There is only one type of coil available at present for this kit – 0.8ohm mesh – and you get 2 of these in the kit.
A simple push in / pull out fitting on the coils makes installation and removal easier.
The pod is refillable with up to 2ml of your own e-liquid via the fill port which is accessed by removing the mouthpiece – similar to the Uwell Caliburn.
Inside the device is a 900mAh battery which is charged via the USB Type C port but the charge rate is not specified.
You can also vape whilst charging (pass-through).
An LED indicator informs of battery capacity by changing colour.
Rotating the pod 180° gives 2 different airflow settings – one more restricted than the other.
As usual there are plenty of safety protections to keep you safe.
There are 5 colour options to choose from: Black, Coral, Green, Purple and Blue.

A simple but functional little pod mod will always be desirable even as a second device for out and about.
Plus if Horizon pack their usual flavour into these pods this should be a beauty!
