The G100 Mod By Hotcig Previewed
The Hotcig G100 Mod is a new release from the brand who brought us the RSQ mod and the R200 mod.
Hotcig were founded in 2013 in the vaping capital of the world Shenzhen China.
The G100 is a single battery mod which is versatile enough to be able to use 18650, 20700 or 21700 batteries. It is nice to see some single battery mods being released with these battery options.
The maximum output is 100W but I imagine it will be lower if using the 18650 battery.
Please forgive this preview being a bit vague as the Hotcig website page for this device is pretty basic so I have had to rely on vendor sites for more information.
The front of the mod features a 0.9in display and you can choose from Variable Wattage, Temperature Control and Bypass user modes.
Inside the mod is the HM chipset which is upgradeable and was used on previous Hotcig mods such as the R150. Apparently the chip is a fast firing beast too at 0.5ms.
There are 3 colours to choose from – Grey, Red and Black.

I do like the look of this and I am a fan of single battery mods which can use 20700/21700 batteries such as the VZone Cultura, Smok Mag Grip and the Joyetech Espion Solo. It makes the mod more versatile – choice of power and battery life and also handy if you already have different batteries lying around!
