The OBS Engine MTL RTA is a new release for those who enjoy a MTL style vape.
MTL stands for “Mouth To Lung” which is a vaping style usually preferred by ex smokers and gives a restricted vape similar to a smoking sensation. Also MTL equipment runs on a lot lower power and uses high strength or nic salt e-liquid to give a bigger nic and throat hit.
OBS have knocked out some absolute beautiful tanks – I loved the Crius 2 and the other versions of the Engine RTA – the Engine 2 and original Engine have been hugely popular.
So to continue the Engine RTA range they have introduced the little MTL version.
This is competing with the Vandy Vape Berserker Mini and Vapefly Galaxies for similar customer base and the looks do remind me of the Berserker.
This like the others mentioned above has a 2ml capacity and has a top fill cap.
You have a top airflow inlet and adjustment which should help prevent leaks through the airflow system which can happen with bottom airflow tanks.
The deck again is very similar to the Berserker with 2 posts and is designed for a single coil build with the airflow hitting the centre underside of the coil.
There are 2 colours to choose from – Silver and Black.

Well going from past OBS RTA’s this could be beautiful. I am loving a bit of MTL after falling in love with the Berserker and currently have recently carried out the Ehpro True MTL RTA review.
