The Vape-X Pod Mod By OVNS Previewed
The OVNS Vape-X pod mod is a new super thin mod with a design inspired by smart phones.
This is unbelievably only 8.5mm thick!
Pod mods are small devices which are designed to be easy to use, maintain and carry. They are usually low power output devices so can afford to use smaller batteries than Box Mods.
The Vape-X has an internal battery of 500mAh which is pretty reasonable and better than some pod mods lately have been including.
The E-liquid is stored in the pod – which is a removable tank which also contains the coil head. When the coil head has reached the end of its life you simply replace the whole pod, so nothing scary or messy to worry about.
The pod has a capacity of 1.5ml and the coil head has a resistance of 1.8ohm. This is for high nicotine or nicotine salt vapers really.
You get a slide on/off switch to help prevent accidental firing and a LED indicator which changes colour to show the battery life remaining.
The pod is held into the mod magnetically and a viewing window on the side lets you see the liquid level.
There is only one colour available and it is the shiny black finish.
