What To Expect From The Suorin Trio 85 Kit?
There are 2 main parts to this device – the main mod body and the pod – we will examine each in turn…
The main body houses a 0.96in colour TFT display which displays all your settings and vaping data.
Output wise you can vary the wattage from 5-85W to suit the coil you have installed.
To power the device you will need a single 18650 battery which is not included. A USB Type C port is provided for charging in emergencies at a max 1A charge rate.
A new chip has been created – the Suorin ORI chip which also has a boost converter to provide a steady output.
The pod is refillable with up to 5ml of your own e-liquid via the bottom fill port.
You can also replace the coil – there are lots of coil options to choose from:
- TRI Single Mesh – 0.2ohm, 0.4ohm and 0.6ohm
- TRI Triple Mesh – 0.2ohm
- TRI RBA – build your own coil
The kit includes the Single 0.4ohm coil and the Triple 0.2ohm.
On the base of the coil is the airflow adjustment ring.
There are 9 colours to choose from: Gunmetal, Black, Red, Blue, Lizard Grain, Bronze, Silver, Aurora Blue and Flame Red.

This looks a handy little kit with plenty of coil options and even an RBA to play with. One thing I think that is missing is a 510 adaptor to allow the mod to be used with any atomiser.
