The Vaptio Spin It is a new style of pod mod!
The thinking behind the design is that in real life carrying around your vaping device the drip tip is not always that hygienic apparently…
So the Spin It is designed that the mouthpiece actually spins round and therefore stays inside the mod body when carrying and you simply “spin it” round to use.
When you spin the mouthpiece into the closed position this switches off the power too. When you want to use it spin the mouthpiece out and press the fire button. This has apparently won the Design Award for 2018 too!
This is a Pod Mod – which basically is a term for a small, low powered mod which is designed to be easy to carry and very easy to use. Usually these devices are targeted at vapers using high nicotine e-liquid or nic salts e-liquid.
Therefore the battery is usually quite small capacity – this is slightly better than some at 650mAh.
The liquid tank is called a “pod” as this slides out and you replace the whole pod when the coil has reached the end of its life. Therefore no messy coil changes to scare off new vapers.
The output of this is 10-15W and the coil head is 1ohm resistance so this should be a pretty good MTL (mouth to lung) vape.
You get 2 pods in the kit and thankfully they are top fill.
The mod also includes a lovely battery capacity indicator and a USB charging port on the base.
There are 6 colours available – Red, Royal Purple, Navy Blue, Turquoise, Black and Mocha.

I have liked some Vaptio products – I loved the Wall Crawler mod and the C2 vape pen.
I also have sat here the Solo Flat pod mod and the Super Bat kit for review – so Vaptio really do produce a wide range of kits.
Vaptio kits are slightly pricey – this is no exception but I have found them to always be really well made.
