The British Hemp Co CBD eliquid review, and I’m tasting five flavours from the dessert and original range.
As the name suggests, the company is UK based, and produces everything from CBD vape juice, CBD oils, topicals, edibles and more.
Incidentally these CBD products are made in the UK too – so buy British where you can!
The CBD vape juice sent in are on sale on the British CBD website – and were not supplied by the actual British Hemp Co – just to clear that up!

What Can We Expect From the British Hemp Co CBD Eliquid?
Obviously flavour is key, and given I like that authentic terpenes taste, I’m personally hoping for a good whack of cannabis plant tastes.
However not everyone likes the strong botanical flavours, and looking at the bottles I’m testing, I have a feeling these might suit, if you’re one of those vapers.
You have a choice of either a 50 or 100ml bottle both with a 60/40 PG/VG blend.
In the dessert range choose between 6,000 – 8,000 or 10,000mg strengths and in the 50ml bottles a choice of 1,000 – 3,000 or 5,000mg strengths.
I received x5 bottles of 1,000 strength.
The dessert range offers: Cookie Dough – Mint Choc Chip – Rhubarb and Custard – Strawberry Milkshake and Vanilla Custard.
The original flavours are: Cherry Cola – Blue Slush – Bubblegum – Starburstz – Blackcurrant Menthol and Sherbet Lemon.
OK, the British Hemp Co CBD eliquid was sent direct from British CBD – thank you – and as always my thoughts and opinions are not swayed by freebies.
A quick note to say the website also has a very nifty CBD Dosage Calculator – very useful.

Right, on with the CBD vape juice review, and for the record I used the flavourful GeekVape Ammit MTL RDA, using an MTL fused clapton at 23w.
British Hemp Co Eliquid – Vanilla Custard 50mls – 1000mg
The aroma is exactly as expected, as in sweet unctuous custard with a hint of vanilla.
On the inhale the sweetness builds and threatens to become more than a little overpowering and dare I say even cloying.
If you like a thick vapour that fills the mouth, this one is is right up your street.
On the exhale there’s not the slightest hint of botanical flavours, however the sugariness does calm down quite a bit.
Definitely a CBD e-liquid for those of you that don’t like the taste of the cannabis plant and with a sweet tooth.
I’m not a big fan of custard, but the exhale on this one is rather nice.
British Hemp Co Eliquid – Strawberry Milkshake 50mls – 1000mg
The smell from the bottle replicates the flavour perfectly, but does the flavour replicate the flavour lol.
To an extent yes it does – I’m definitely getting strawberry milkshake on the inhale.
However it’s not as sweet, deep or rich as the custard and for my taste buds that’s a good thing.
This is actually a very pleasant vape and I don’t like milk shake juices.
Again no hint of the cannabis plant making it ideal for newbies or those that don’t like the authentic CBD taste.
British Hemp Co Eliquid – Bubblegum 50mls – 1000mg
I’m whisked back to childhood and those large fruity bubblegum balls that crunch in the mouth smell – bloody lovely it is too.
So much so I’m wondering why I never really try bubblegum flavoured vape juice – especially the fruitier ones.
Compared to the smell, the inhale is a little more muted, yeah I’m getting bubblegum but it’s not bursting on my tongue.
Things improve on the exhale and the real bubblegum juiciness arrives – just the right amount of sweeteners too.
This is a really tasty vape and one I’d happily vape on all day.
British Hemp Co Eliquid – Starburstz 50mls – 1000mg
I’m assuming this flavour comes from the candy/sweets with a similar name.
So, a sweet taffy fruit flavoured chewy sweet…
The smell reminds me more of a bag of boiled sweets and there’s a definite fruit cocktail going on with a hint of something.
That hint tried to convince me it was the warmth of pears, maybe not.
The inhale is a little flat in comparison to the aroma.
Not a lot going on really, apart from a mishmash of candied fruit and that warm element.
Things don’t perk up much of the exhale either – but again no real hint of those botanical CBD vibes.
Not my cup of tea but again those of you that don’t like the authentic CBD taste will enjoy it I’m sure.
British Hemp Co Eliquid – Blackcurrant Menthol 50mls – 1000mg
A real whiff of nettles off this one once the top whipped off!
Then underneath the menthol and fruit comes though and yeah it’s definitely a Tunes cough sweet.
I bloody love these however I really don’t vape many menthol e-liquids, though there’s a couple I can handle.
This one’s maybe a tad too sweet for my vape tastes, however I have persevered and it’s grown on me.
It’s definitely eerily similar to the cough sweets I mentioned and again no hint of terpenes.
Another CBD vape juice ideal for newcomers or those of you that really can’t get on with the taste of the cannabis plant.
Final Review Verdict
Of the five British Hemp Co CBD eliquid I’ve tried, they’re all pretty good in their own way.
They do taste and indeed vape much like regular vape juice, so as I keep saying, ideal for the lovers of none authentic CBD flavours.
Given they’re a 60/40 VG/PG blend, you get decent clouds too.
And – should you wish to – you could add a nic shot – I didn’t.
Not too sweet and not over flavoured, means they should suit most of you out there.
A quick look at the other flavours in the Original and Dessert range suggests there is something for everyone’s taste buds.
I would have loved to have tried the Sherbet Lemon – that one sounds right on my flavor profile.
So yeah – pretty good though a little on the pricey side.
No sure how long a lot of the CBD companies out there can keep the prices high – but at the moment it is what it is.
