I know you are all suffering “pod fatigue” but let’s see if this has anything new to offer.
More Details On The Voopoo V-Thru Pro Kit
The V-Thru Pro is marketed as being a low cost easy to use starter kit so that instantly tells me to not expect anything innovative.
But this has more features than I was expecting – especially when you see the price.
Firstly this has a 0.69in OLED screen and you can adjust the output from 5-25W.
Inside the device is a 900mAh battery which has USB Type C fast charging at a 1A rate.
As expected with a starter kit this has “auto draw” firing – i.e. just inhale and the sensor triggers the fire circuit.
Running the show is the popular GENE chipset which should give a speedy fire time and constant output.
The pod is refillable via the bottom fill port but the coil is fixed so you will need to replace the whole pod when the coil has passed its best.
A magnetic and clasp system holds the pod in the device body.
There are 2 pod options and both are included in the kit:
- 0.7ohm Mesh coil
- GENE Helix coil
There are 6 colours to choose from: Space Grey, Red, Neon, Rosy, Green and Silver.
