IVG are back with the IVG Pro 2, following up on one of the biggest selling big puff pod systems of 2025!
Since it was released in mid-2025 alongside 15 different flavours, the IVG Pro was one of the most popular pod systems of the year, with IVG refreshing the flavour options for the prefilled pods a few months later to offer a massive 33 flavours to choose from!
From launching with just one e-liquid on March 5th, 2014, to dominating the UK vape market for over ten years, IVG’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary.
What started as a humble operation has skyrocketed into an international phenomenon, with their premium blends now enjoyed by vapers in over 100 countries.
Their commitment to quality is backed by serious credentials—over 50 industry awards secured since 2016.

I’m really excited to take a look at the IVG Pro 2 as the IVG Pro is one of my favourite-ever pod systems!
What Can We Expect From The IVG Pro 2?
IVG’s Pro sold by the absolute bucketload in 2025, and in 2026 IVG have given it a refresh with the IVG Pro 2!
This is a prefilled pod system that is designed for convenience, control and consistent flavour delivery, boasting a new touch display and comes in a device only format or a starter kit including a pod and refill container.
The same 12ml capacity refill pods that were used for the IVG Pro are compatible with the IVG Pro 2, giving you the ability to make the most out of your existing pods, and pick from a huge range of 33 flavours!
Each pod is TPD compliant, and features a 0.8ohm mesh coil for smooth flavour and a mouth-to-lung vape. There’s also the option of nicotine free, 10mg or 20mg nicotine salt depending on the flavour you choose, and up to 10,000 puffs from each pod.
A 1000mAh built-in battery keeps you powered up and vaping throughout your day, and Type-C charging means you can quickly and easily charge your IVG Pro 2 device back up in no time at all.
Eight different IVG Pro 2 colours are available, with Green, Purple, Light Pink, Black, Gunmetal, Hot Pink, Blue and Red, so you can get a device that matches your personal style!
Last but not least IVG is widely available in supermarket’s (Tesco, Morrisons, Asda), garages and corner shops. So easily accessable at all times which is super important for obvious reasons!

Design & Build Quality
If you held the IVG Pro, then the design of the IVG Pro 2 will be instantly familiar to you!
The pebble shaped design has been upgraded to be even more shiny, and in combination with the new touch display screen it has even more of a premium, high-end like feel to it, and eight new colours are available to pick from.
On the front of the device is a discreet fingerprint icon, which makes the screen light up when you touch it, displaying the battery level and a funky shape. The screen now takes up the majority of the front of the device, whereas on the original it was much smaller.
At the rear of the device is the ‘I Vape Great’ logo and a QR code, by scanning this you’ll be taken to a handy set-up video on the IVG website.
At the side is the Type-C charging port for charging the 1000mAh internal battery.
Existing IVG Pro pods are used for the IVG Pro 2, featuring a duckbill-shaped mouthpiece, and these connect magnetically to the device. 
You do need to remove the pod to check the e-liquid level.
Quick Start Guide
To get started with your IVG Pro 2 device, you’ll need to assemble the IVG Pro pod, which is comprised of a 2ml pod and 10ml refill container.
If you have purchased the starter kit version, you’ll have an IVG Pro pod included in the box, if you went device-only you’ll need to grab a pod pack before you get going!
So, remove the labels and rubber stoppers from the pod and refill container, then align the connectors on both of them and push them together until they click.
Then insert the assembled pod into your IVG Pro 2 device.
An auto-draw system is present, so just take a draw on the mouthpiece to fire the device.
Charging
When it’s time to recharge, the IVG Pro 2 has you covered with a handy USB-C port located right on the side. You’ll just need to grab your own cable, as one isn’t included in the package.
Just plug it in, and the crisp digital screen will keep you updated on your battery life until you’re fully juiced up and ready to go!
Flavours
It’s great to see that IVG haven’t designed a whole new range of pods for the IVG Pro 2, and have decided to retain compatibility with the existing IVG Pro range- so I’m really pleased to be able to carry on vaping some of my favourites like Fresh Menthol Mojito!
That means you can take advantage of the original IVG Pro pods, which are widely sold in the UK (including in many high street supermarkets!), and slot those straight into your IVG Pro 2.

For the release of the IVG Pro 2, IVG have formulated three new flavours with Strawberry Hub, Hub Blast and Spearmint. 
IVG kindly sent over Strawberry Hub and Spearmint to try out, along with some flavours from the existing IVG Pro range.
Blueberry Mint
This blend is absolutely packed with blueberry, it’s by far and away the most dominant flavour here!
From the very first draw, I’m hit with a super sweet rush of berry flavour—it genuinely feels like snacking on a handful of fresh blueberries.
As for the mint, it’s definitely playing second fiddle. I didn’t get much distinct mintiness at all, just a faint, cool tingle lingering on the aftertaste. Even with the mint taking a backseat, it still makes for a really enjoyable vape!
Spearmint
IVG have done really well here to nail an authentic spearmint flavour, with a mouthfeel akin to having chewed a piece of spearmint gum!
It starts off with a refreshingly crisp mint flavour, before a wave of sweetness washes in to uplift the flavour even more, finished off with a touch of cooling menthol.
I do enjoy a minty vape and this one absolutely hit the spot for me!
Pineapple Ice
I’ve vaped my fair share of IVG’s Pineapple Ice blends, and this one stays completely true to their winning formula!
That’s actually a huge plus, as IVG consistently produces one of my absolute favourite takes on this flavour.
Instead of falling back on the artificial candy taste you get with so many others, this vapes much more like a fresh glass of pineapple juice.
It has a beautiful, natural sweetness tied together by an icy breeze that really ramps up as you exhale. If you’re a fan of pineapple ice profiles, this gets my highest recommendation!
Strawberry Hub
So, this one goes for the retro strawberry bubble gum flavour, which isn’t a flavour profile that I would usually enjoy but I actually was a big fan of this one.
There’s a delightfully thick strawberry to start things off, backed up with a lot of sweetener, which then gives way to a bubblegum texture to finish things off.
If you are in the UK, think Hubba Bubba and you are on the right track!
Banana Ice
There is absolutely no hiding the scent on this one—the moment it leaves the box, it unleashes a massive hit of retro banana foam sweets!
Since that’s not my usual go-to, I was mildly terrified to take the first puff!
While it opens with that unmistakable candy banana note, a wonderfully unexpected creaminess soon washes over the palate, dialling back the artificial candy vibe.
The finish brings a mellow breeze of koolada that sits right in the sweet spot of being present without taking over.
In the end, it transforms into a deliciously cold banana custard. Shockingly, this is a Banana Ice that totally won me over!
Lemon Lime
The flavour profile here offers a harmonious blend of lemon and lime that relies on a confectionery sweetness rather than a traditional ice-pop sensation.
The flavour notes closely mirror a mouthful of citrus chewy sweets. Compared to many other iterations on the market, it sits just a notch sweeter on the palate.
Though a more pronounced hit of koolada would have added a refreshing dimension, it stands as a highly dependable and enjoyable citrus blend!
How Does The IVG Pro 2 Perform?
The IVG Pro 2 remains a fixed wattage and fixed airflow device, much like the original, and each of the pods has a 0.8ohm advanced mesh coil system.
While the IVG Pro is technically built for mouth-to-lung vaping with its fixed airflow, the draw is actually surprisingly airy!
If you’re hunting for a super-restrictive, cheek-pulling MTL experience, you won’t find it here. That being said, it packs a serious punch for such a compact piece of kit!
Despite the impressive power and thick vapour production, the flavour stays incredibly smooth and very pronounced with each puff, delivering a perfectly satisfying nicotine kick along the way.
Battery Life
When it comes to endurance, the IVG Pro 2 absolutely knocks it out of the park!
Packing a massive 1000mAh built-in battery, it easily claims the crown for some of the most impressive battery life you’ll ever see in a pre-filled “big puff” pod system of its size.
For context, I am a notorious chain vaper, and battery anxiety is a real issue for me with most compact kits. However, a fully charged IVG Pro 2 comfortably powers through an entire day of heavy, uninterrupted use without breaking a sweat.
Even the introduction of the new screen doesn’t seem to impact much upon the battery life, this kit is a real solid workhorse!
How Many Puffs Do You Get From An IVG Pro Pod?
The IVG Pro boasts a generous 12ml e-liquid capacity, achieved through a clever combination of a 2ml pre-filled pod and an accompanying 10ml refill container.
Officially, IVG claims a maximum lifespan of 10,000 puffs. However, they refreshingly include a transparent disclaimer noting that puff counts are highly subjective and heavily dependent on draw length.
Because my personal vaping style involves longer, 2-to-4-second inhales, I anticipated a lower final tally.
Tracking my usage with the Blueberry Mint edition, the device yielded a precise total of 5,234 puffs—proving that while the 10k claim is an absolute maximum, the real-world mileage is still thoroughly impressive!
Depending on your vaping style this will change but either way you are going to get some impressive battery life.

Final Verdict
The IVG Pro was one of my all time favourite big puff pod kits and the IVG Pro 2 has become another go-to device for me, an easy to use kit that offers excellent, reliable performance and some superb flavours to pick from.
You get a fantastic line-up of 33 top-notch flavours to choose from, all expertly crafted by the mixologists over at IVG. I can almost guarantee a few of these will quickly become your new all-day vapes!
Plus, IVG Pro pods are widely sold across the UK now, I’ve seen these in plenty of bricks and mortar shops as well as supermarkets too, so you can easily head out and grab a new pod if you are caught short.
Beyond the incredible taste, the IVG Pro 2 is all about ultimate convenience. Setup is virtually nonexistent—you’ll go from unboxing to your first puff in a matter of minutes, making it a completely fuss-free experience.
Add in a beautifully tuned, consistently satisfying draw and enough battery power to easily coast through your day, and you’ve got a seriously reliable piece of kit on your hands!
Plus, one of the best things about this kit is the price, you can have a top-performing kit that you’ll reuse over and over again in your hands for less than £15!
