Design & Build Quality
The Solobar SOLO15K is manufactured to be an all-day vaping companion that is easy to carry around in your pocket, with dimensions of 34.08mm x 24.99mm x 115.01mm and a smooth, rounded design that feels comfortable in hand.
I can grip the device easily, and it gets swallowed up in the palm of my hand with only the mouthpiece poking out of the top, and it feels nice and lightweight in hand as well.
One slight gripe that I did have was that when removing the stickers on the refill container, I was often left with small parts of the sticker attached and sticky residue on the outside of the container, requiring me to give it a good scrub to get it off!
I do love the fact that the refill container is fully transparent, so I can easily see the full capacity of it and know when it is time to swap it out or refill it. The refill containers can be purchased separately, and thanks to the filling port they can be refilled too!
The front of the SOLO15K features a five-level battery light indicator, which makes it easy to check the remaining battery life at a glance. When it is time to recharge, the USB-C charging port is found on the bottom of the device.
Quick Start Guide
Of course, as this comes with a 2ml prefilled pod and a 10ml refill container, assembly is required before you can start vaping! This is to ensure that the Solobar SOLO15K remains compliant with TPD regulations.
In one package is the 2ml pod with the mouthpiece attached to it and the device battery, and in another you’ll find the pre-filled 10ml refill container. Remove the mouthpiece from the 2ml pod, then take off the stickers and silicone bungs from the pod.
Make sure to keep the refill container inverted and upside down before removing the silicone bung, otherwise it will leak e-liquid pretty quickly!
Remove the silicon bung from the base of the refill container then snap the pod and refill container together and pop it into the device.
Once it is in the device, pop the mouthpiece onto the assembled pod and just take a puff to draw on it!
When you’ve vaped through all the e-liquid in the pod, you have got the option to refill it and re-use it. When you remove the mouthpiece there is a silicon bung on the top of the pod- just pop this open and you can fill the pod back up with e-liquid.
You can use either Solobar’s e-liquids or any of your choosing, and you can get another couple of refills before the pod will need switching out. Replacement pods are available to purchase separately.
That’s great to see as it allows you to get more mileage out of your SOLO15K kit!
Charging
There’s a five level battery indicator present on the front of the device and once this has gone down to the last LED you are going to want to pop the Solobar SOLO15K on to charge.
A USB-C charging port is found on the base of the device, and you just need to connect a USB-C charging cable and utilize a suitable power source.
The charging level is displayed via the battery indicator and once all the lights have gone out the device is fully charged and ready to use.

Here are my thoughts on six of them from the range!
Blueberry Raspberry
The inhale hit me immediately with a robust, punchy blueberry. It’s a wonderfully deep berry flavour with just a hint of floral complexity lingering in the background.
As the draw develops, a subtle sour raspberry creeps in, offering just enough tartness to slice through the sweet blueberry base.
It’s a fantastic vape, but keep in mind this isn’t a 50/50 split—the blueberry is absolutely running the show here, with the raspberry stepping in as a delicious, tangy backup!
Sakura Grape
I’ll be perfectly honest- a floral grape blend wouldn’t usually be my first pick, but the SOLOBAR15K Sakura Grape genuinely surprised me!
Right on the inhale, you get a very bold, sweet purple grape. It’s got that classic, rich dark fruit depth, but it completely dodges that artificial cough-syrup taste that ruins so many grape vapes.
The real twist comes as the vapour settles, where that ‘sakura’ element steps up. It leaves this delicate, airy botanical note that smooths out the sweetness beautifully.
It’s a completely different vibe from my usual tangy go-tos, but the balance here is incredibly well-crafted.
If you want a rich, authentic grape with a classy floral finish, this is an easy all-day choice!
Strawberry Kiwi
What makes this blend stand out is that it actually lets the kiwi take charge!
It’s a refreshing twist, considering most strawberry-kiwi juices I’ve vaped lean way too hard on the strawberry.
Right off the bat, you get this incredibly authentic, slightly tart kiwi note with a great juicy, almost watery texture. The strawberry comes in smoothly behind it, and I love that it tastes like genuine, freshly picked fruit rather than a sugary candy syrup.
Lemon Lime Candy
As the name might suggest, this is an unapologetic candy vape—and one that delivers a lot of sweetness without being too sickly sweet!
Solobar have genuinely nailed the balance here. Lemon takes the lead, delivering a nostalgic, zesty lemon sherbet punch, which is a smart move since lime can so easily overpower a mix if handled poorly.
The lime rolls in right on its heels, adding a sharp, tangy bite that transitions perfectly. It’s an expertly crafted, vibrant blend that easily earns its spot as a refreshing, summery all-day vape.
Kiwi Cola
This was one of my favourites from the Solobar E-Liquid range so I was excited to try it out as part of the SOLO15K range!
Unfortunately this didn’t seem to translate too well into the pre-filled SOLO15K pod system.
It seemed to be overly sweeter here, and a lot of the kiwi and cola flavour seems to get washed out in the sweetness. I also didn’t pick up on any fizz, which I could with the e-liquid version.
I was also getting a burnt taste when I got about halfway through the pod, which made me think that perhaps the blend might be a little too sweet for the coil!
Mango Passion Fruit
This was my pick of the SOLO15K range!
I’ll always lean towards anything containing mango when I see it as part of a product line-up, as it is one of my favourite fruit flavours to vape. The blend in the SOLO15K nails the interplay between the mango and passionfruit flavours.
On the inhale, I’m greeted with a waft of delicious tasting ripe mango flavour, before the passionfruit sweeps in to elevate the tropical vibe and give this a tangy finish. There’s also a lot of sweetener here, but it seems to suit the blend just fine!
The end result is a really moreish vape for me that I found hard to put down, and it was easily an all-day vape for sure.
How Does The Solobar SOLO15K Perform?
Each Solobar SOLO15K pod has a 0.8ohm mesh coil built in, with airflow and power output fixed to deliver a reasonably tight and concentrated mouth-to-lung vape.
Power delivery is consistent from a full charge, right down until two lights remain on the battery, which is when I found that the strength of the vape begins to diminish and I start thinking about charging the kit back up.
Nicotine salt is used here to deliver a fast acting nicotine hit, with only 20mg strength available. I found that I got pretty rapid craving satisfaction and no nasty throat hit whenever I took a puff!
An 850mah battery is built in, which is decent enough to last most of the day, I found that I could take a SOLO15K out and about with me for the day and not have to charge it until the late evening.
How Many Puffs Do You Get From A Solobar SOLO15K Kit?
Even though the marketing states that you can get up to 15,000 puffs from a SOLO15K, this is unclear as to whether that includes refills of the pod too!
For the included 2ml pod and 10ml refill container, I got 5,433 puffs from a single Mango Passion Fruit device before the pod was empty. That was with taking frequent long and slow puffs on it.
I unfortunately didn’t count the subsequent puffs after, but I did get a further one and a half refills before I needed to dispose of the pod, so you could get close to the stated figure if you included refills too!

Final Verdict
Overall, Solobar has put together a really solid, TPD-compliant, big-puff alternative here.
Now, I’m normally a restricted direct-to-lung vaper sitting comfortably in that 35-40W range, so a fixed-airflow MTL pod system like this isn’t my usual daily driver. But you just can’t argue with the sheer convenience on offer here.
When I’m heading out for a long shift at work, I need something lightweight and dependable that I can just throw in my pocket. Thanks to the 850mAh battery and that transparent 10ml refill container, the SOLO15K easily keeps up with a demanding schedule without needing constant top-ups or time on the charger!
Flavour-wise, it’s quite overwhelmingly positive! While I was a bit gutted that the Kiwi Cola didn’t live up to my usual love for a heavy cola profile, and I was more than happy to skip testing the Watermelon Ice (which is never going to be my thing!), the Blueberry Raspberry and that Mango Passion Fruit were absolute bangers. The 0.8ohm mesh coils deliver crisp, vibrant notes that really do justice to the UK-crafted liquids.
The sticky residue left behind by the container labels is a bit of a nuisance, and it’s a shame the sweetener in the Kiwi Cola seemed to push the coil past its limits.
However, the fact that this entire kit comes in at under £10—and that you can actually continue to refill both the container and the pod with your own juice once the supplied liquid runs out—makes the value for money absolutely stellar.
If you’re a beginner looking for a cost-effective pod system, or just an experienced vaper wanting a dependable, long-lasting setup to get you through the day, the Solobar SOLO15K is well worth picking up!
