In for review today are the 4 flavours in the new Monster Labs Lemonade Monster Nic Salt e-liquid range.
Monster Vape Labs (MVL) have been providing some ace e-liquid over the years and even have ventured into Disposable vapes!
One of their most popular ranges were the Jam Monster range – which they have now branched out into Fruit Monster, Frozen Fruit Monster, Tobacco Monster, Lemonade Monster, Custard Monster and Ice Monster variants.
Created in 2016 MVL set out to…
“make the highest-quality e-liquid in the cleanest, most technologically advanced manufacturing facility in the world – and succeeded.”
Their manufacturing takes place in their facility in Orlando Florida USA and has ISO and GMP certifications.
What Can We Expect From The Monster Labs Lemonade Monster Salts E-liquid Range?
These are designed to be refreshing summer flavours with – guess what – yes Lemonade as their muse.
There are 10ml Nic Salt versions and 120ml Short Fill versions available in all the same flavours.
Talking of flavours there are 4 to choose from:
- Blueberry Lemonade
- Pink Lemonade
- Strawberry Lemonade
- Watermelon Lemonade
Originally I received 3 out of the above flavours in the 10ml Nic salt versions, with only the Pink Lemonade flavour missing. After this review was written, the Pink Lemonade flavour arrived so was added on!

As always taste is subjective, plus the type of equipment you use will cause results to vary. So use my review as a guide. I will try and focus on how well the flavours meet the descriptions.
These come in TPD Compliant 10ml bottles with 20mg Nicotine Salt strengths. The lid is childproof to help keep things safe. Also remember to recycle your empty bottles!
The e-liquid mix ratio is 50%PG / 50%VG which is more suitable for low power kits. This mix is too thin for higher power kits and may cause leaks and spitting.
I will be using my OXVA Xlim V2 kit for these with the 0.8ohm pod as for some reason I could not get the flavour to kick in using an RDA?
Packaging
These are standalone 10ml bottles (no box) and the label tells you everything you need to know.
You get the VG/PG ratio, Nic salt strength, applicable warnings and an expiry date with batch number. These are all reassuring signs of a quality e-liquid that is tracked and tested.
There is a lovely thin nozzle (why does this sound rude?) which is ideal for the majority of pod and starter kit devices.
Strawberry Lemonade

I Say…
The smell gave me the impression that this little bottle was full of delicious Strawberry Laces!
And the flavour was very similar!
You will get a sweet/candy style of Strawberry – which is my favourite type. The exhale gives you a gentle Lemonade tang.
The flavour is not exactly bursting from this, but it is tasty. If the concentrate level was increased this could be a beauty. As it stands the flavour is slightly muted with a slight burnt aftertaste. Nothing like a dry hit of course but a weird bitter ending.
I think this is one of the rare e-liquids where some cooling would really enhance the output.
Blueberry Lemonade

I Say…
The smell of this one is exactly what I was expecting, a lovely berry aroma with a hint of Lemon.
You taste the Blueberry first which is delicious and sweet and on the exhale you get the Lemon kicking in. It goes from sweet to tangy in the space of a breath!
Again a hint of cooling would bring this alive – a lot of e-liquids overdo the cooling but this is a rare instance where it would really enhance the flavour delivery.
I can actually feel a slightly fizzy element too!
This is a great e-liquid, chuck some Koolada in and it would be a 10/10
Watermelon Lemonade

I Say…
I am not a Watermelon vape fan at all – so I am not expecting to like this flavour!
However it is good, still not exactly my cup of tea as it is a very earthy Watermelon, but it does blend excellently with the Lemonade to produce an almost fizzy texture on your tongue.
Koolada would still be a nice addition to freshen it up more as with the rest of the range, but it is still an excellent recreation of the flavour and Watermelon fans will love the twist of the added Lemonade!
Pink Lemonade

I Say…
This is one of my “Go to” flavours – I love a well crafted Pink Lemonade vape!
Monster have created an absolute cracker here – delicious!
There is the initial Lemonade hit followed by a lovely blend of something sweet, but I can’t put my finger on what.
It may be several Red / Pink fruits / berries giving this yumminess, whatever they are, they work a treat!
If you are a Pink Lemonade fan, this is amazing. I do believe a touch of cooling would make this even more refreshing!
Even so as it stands it is a 10/10 from me and one I will be keeping!
Monster Labs Lemonade Monster Salts E-liquid Final Review Verdict
Although a small range I have to congratulate Monster on providing some lovely blending in these e-liquids.
I found the Strawberry Lemonade to be the weakest of the flavours but it was still tasty, it just needed a bit more “Ooomph”.
The other three flavours were beautiful with plenty of strong notes of the fruits in the name.
I will be keeping the Blueberry Lemonade and Pink Lemonade as they are absolute beauties!
Although I have no complaints I do believe a small addition of cooling would really bring these flavours to life. You do get the lovely fizzy tang on your tongue and a bit of ice would make these 10/10.
Nice summery flavours which would benefit from a cube or two of ice!
